The Spur and Stirrup
4-H club is open to everyone regardless of race, color, religion,
sex, handicap, or national origin. Offical 4-H ages are 8 to 18.
Five, six and seven year olds are "Clovers". Those over
18 may volunteer. Spur and Stirrup 4-H club is also a member of
the Maryland Horse Council. For more information on 4-H programs
in your area, contact your county extension office.
