***Any job that requires a shop or office, must have a house of at least the size of a two storie house.
***Living space can be shared amongst friends but you must work out the arrangement yourself.
***If you are half way through mortgaging a house and wish to sell the house you may pass on the mortgage to another player for an arranged sum of money or sell house back to the city for half the amount that you have already paid on your mortgage.
***If you are renting and you wish to move, you have no strings attached unless you decide to move halfway through a month. Then you will have to pay up the whole month's pay even if you have only lived there for one day out of the whole month.
***Each additional 1,000 gil that you keep at home counts as an additional item. That would be all the rules and prices you need.
