Song of this week is Revolverīs "Since Yesterday" which can be found on the b-side of their "Venice" single and the "Babyīs Angry" EP compilation. Itīs actually a cover of a song by eighties band Strawberry Switchblade (who Iīve seen mentioned quite often, but donīt know a thing about) and itīs a lovely ballad type of thing.

"And as we sit here alone, waiting for a reason to go on, itīs so clear that all we have now are our thoughts of yesterday" goes the beautiful chorus. It starts off with a simple guitar line and then builds up to the great chorus. Itīs a nearly perfect song, the only thing that gets on your nerves a bit is the middle eight which just goes on and on and on and on.......
