In the name of God, Amen: I, David H. Zimmerman of Carroll County, in the State of Maryland, do hereby declare the following to be my last Will and Testament. After the erection of a suitable tombstone at my grave, I give, devise and bequeath my Property as follows:
     Item. I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Annie Zimmerman, One half of all my Property both Personal and Real, to be hers absolutely.
     Item. I give and bequeath to my Daughter Annie Violetta the remaining One half of my Property both Personal and Real, without Bond, She (My Daughter,) is to have full control of said Property to use the interest and as much of the principal as she may need, in the event of the death of my said Daughter, prior to the death of her Mother, then all of the Property and money shall revert to her Mother. But if my Daughter should live longer than her Mother then the Money and Property left to my said Daughter shall be hers absolutely, free from all control by her husband.
     AND LASTLY, I do hereby nominate and appoint my beloved wife Annie Zimmerman to be sole executrix, without bond, of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and annulling all former Wills by me heretofore made, ratifying and confirming this and none other to be my last Will and Testament.
      In Witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal, this Twenty sixth day of May, in the year Nineteen hundred and Five.
