-Chris is the original founder of the NET Weather organization. He is currently enrolled in many Science programs. Chris is certified by the National Weather Service and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric(NOAA). He is also a certified weather watcher for NBC4 in Washington and a member of Weather Watchers Online(WWOL).
