• To hold your coins while out in the field try using an M&M minis' tube, it will hold up to quarter size coins. Total coin depth is around 50 coins.---It comes in several different colors to suit your different moods.
• Try taking a cooler with drinks in it for your longer excursions.
• Always be aware of near by objects and people .... including low hanging tree limbs ..ouch!
• Don't try anyone elses' method for any part of the metal detecting unless you want to....no one has the correct method for this sport. THERE ARE NO SET METHODS THAT MUST BE USED!!
• Always look around at the places your going even when your not detecting.....you could discover a hidden park or some other profitable area.
• If you have trouble finding a target once you have pinpointed it try rotating about 35 degrees around you target area then try probing for it again
• Always beaware of your current weather conditions... don't become a lightning rod.
• Talk to the older locals, they know where the old buildings were.
• RESEARCH THE AREA YOU PLAN TO HUNT
