Your Dream Is In Your Hands

We all have a dream,
That we each call our own,
We all want something,
Whether we're young, teenage, or grown,
But dreams will stay dreams,
Just like dust will stay dust,
Unless we work towards it,
It'll sit there and rust,
It won't be easy,
It may not be fun,
It may seem impossible,
Like reaching for the sun,
But if you try your best,
You will succeed,
If you try your best,
You will get what you need.
But sometimes in the hard course of life,
What you want is not what you get,
Sometimes your dream'll be deferred,
Obstacles will be met.
But know that no dream is impossible,
No road too hard to take,
No raisin shrivled,
Your dream is in your hands to make.
