You are in my mind, on my mind
It seems so improbable, so unreal
Waking to connect, not in person
But across the miles
Through the distant misty miles
In communion, a union
Joy

You are on my mind, in my mind
This strange connection, reality
Unreal in its dreamlike confusion
Across the oceans and deserts
In soulful intercourse
Joy

You are on my mind, in my mind
This heavenly reunion, touching
Not with our fingers, our lips
But in our hearts, thoughts
In loving connection
Joy

You are on my mind, in my mind
In eternal bonding, love
Real in its unreality, so real
Across the heaven's causeway
In everlasting worship
Joy

You are in my mind, on my mind
This strange connection, reality
Real in its unreal intensity
High above this earthly existence
In earthy communion
Joy everlasting
