IKV K'mpec

Ship chapter started in January 1997 under the command of Larry Elkins with a group of 5-6 warriors. The K'mpec started out as a klingon shuttle and has since grown to 25 members strong making it a Klingon K'vort class Bird of Prey. It is now ready to prepare and to make the move to a K'tinga class Battle cruiser. The crew of the K'mpec are members of the Empire and the Imperial Klingon Expeditionary Forces (IKEF).

It has since went under modification to a BOP K'vort class prototype III, which can cloak and fire. That technology will be transferred to the K'tinga class with a few more options to its arsenal.

The ship has been on several successful missions in which the warriors are very proud. The ship members have completed a successful convention 2 years in a row (The InterGalactic Fair: The Gathering). The K'mpec was involved with the Terran's State of Ohio operations Red, White, and Boom, 4th of July Parade, which was televised, in which no other local chapter, Klingon or Starfleet, has ever been able to do and is planning to attend a second year with their float. The crew has been on several recruiting mission and has inducted several new warriors.

For the terran year 1999 and 2000, the K'mpec goals are to be bigger and better than ever.
