With the beast now out of sight you try to finish out the night getting as much rest as possible before the next encounter to befall your way, finding the beasts on this side of the reach to be of considerable danger. Hiding in the rocks tending to Elina and Isreal you wait calmly for any further attacks, but as of yet nothing seems to be near or continuing its attack upon you.

Malakai acts as a sentry to free up the position so those that can provide medical attention can do so, if they wish.

Isreal lays there, still in a knocked out state moaning lowly and spitting out blood

Malakai keeps down, and moves quickly from rock to rock, blazing his own patrol route around the area the rest of the group is using for cover.

Russeth drops to a knee next to Elina as he watches his wounds, his swords still drawn out and in his hands. He looks up and scans the area in his infrared spectrum, waiting patiently for what's to come. "Seems those giants won't leave us alone, we should track them down and get done with them once and for all." He nods to himself still glancing in the distance.

Elina lies unconscious within Russeth's arms.

Russeth has not been hit in battle for a while now, easily keeping himself awake he watches upon Elina for the rest of the night, narrowing his eyes at the most minor noises around the camp.

Searching about your current area of retreat you spot no signs of any other creatures in your current area.

Malakai returns to the party periodically, then waiting an hour before returning to his routine, taking the first watch of the night.

Russeth seeing Malakai comes and goes for a routine he decides to remain on watch as well, keeping an eye on the wounded and the near area.

Jarl walks around the corner. Bloodied and scraped, holding his left arm, a little "aye. There ye be found ye" knelling down and looks to Elina's wounds. Then looks to Russ "ye know them giants be just over the other ridge and are most likely coming this way to claim their prize". Holding his amulet in one hand and passes his other over her wounds as a white light flashes.

Russeth, while he would normally take the advice seriously, simply grins, "And a prize they will get, those fools." He places Elina's head on a folded cloth and climbs to his feet, forming brief whirlwinds with his blades before sheathing them.

Syrenia appears atop a rock overlooking the group and says as she watches deeper into the mountains..."No worries...he's leaving.

[Jarl]: "that’s all me can do for her now we most move on I'm thinking need to put some room between us and them giants"

Syrenia is a beautiful Elven maid but her look is like ice, cold and deadly. She wears a Crimson Deer Cloak on her back and black clothes on the rest of her body. She doesn't appear to be wearing any armor. She seems to be a one-woman arsenal with all the weapons on her body. She has a silver short sword and a blue short sword on each of her shins; one silver longsword in a brown sheath attaches to her belt and a longsword in a red sheath on the other side. On her back, she wears a black quiver with a throwing dagger strapped to it and also a silver scroll case.

Russeth the blades are as quickly out as they were in as he glances at the woman. "And ye are?"

Elina remains unconscious, but her wounds are looking much better.

Syrenia descent from her perch and looks at the group and smiles..."Does it matter?"

Isreal lays with his head upon the rocky ground in pain his body still seams slightly twisted from the bolder attack

Syrenia looks down at the 2 bodies on the ground..."Seems you could use my help...all I ask is a share of whatever we find."

Malakai approaches on one of the woman's flanks, his battle-axe already out. " Who is she, Russeth?" he calls over, keeping a bit of a distance between him and the new comer

Jarl rubs his beard "she looks like a walking smithy to me nicest smithy I've seen in a long time mind ye" Smiling.

Syrenia glances briefly at Malakai and turns back to Russeth, the obvious leader..."If I wanted you any harm, I would've done it before."

Russeth narrows his eyes, "In these countryside’s, it matters greatly." He glances over his shoulder at the barbarian asking him, "We? There is no we. As far as I know." He extends his blades out in an X and waits.

Syrenia grins to the dwarf..."Thank you." And continues to stand without any weapons in hand before the group, holding her hands crossed over her chest..."Do we have a deal?"

Russeth laughs sharply at the woman, "Whatever you say m'lady. I've seen many people with the same attitude before, mostly cowards trying to look dangerous." He flips his swords backwards and sheathes them slowly.

Jarl checks out the other fallen bandaging and seeing to their wounds. "Ye gots a name there Mrs. Smithy? Me be Jarl of Clan Malthin"

Syrenia smiles to the two-wielding weapon man and shrugs..."I can be dangerous...when I choose to."

Malakai frowns, then shrugs, his face returning to its usual, emotionless form. " You may call me Malakai" he returns his battle axe to it's hanger.

Russeth raises an eyebrow and sighs, "What deal? What have you got to do here in those mountains, anyway?" He glances at his comrades greeting the lady and shrugs.

Ston snickers and mumbling about her being alone and alive yet we are in a group and near death, as he tends to his mount checking its hooves and shoes for any lodged rocks or stones.

Jarl keeps a silent one on the new face while he goes about his work, first being the fallen and his gear

Syrenia sighs..."No offense but I would rather keep my name to myself, for now." She turns towards Russeth..."I followed those giants tracks, I was hoping to gather some items from them but seems it would be easier with your group..." Turns towards where the giant tracks leaded..."You did kill 2 before." Looking to Russeth suspiciously..."It was you, right?"

Russeth sighs, "I would like to see you facing those giants alone." He shrugs the thought off and walks back towards Elina, "Well that's if we're speaking hill ones only."

[Jarl]: "hey Ston maybe if ye bone head would have listened in the first place about resting here and in the second place maybe setup a watch last night we wouldn't have had to have boulders for a late night snack"

Syrenia grins to Russeth..."I had no intention of fighting with them..." She shakes her head..."I am not a warrior."

[Ston]: "Well sorry but I’m not accustomed to traveling mountains in the dark with a mount, maybe this is your kind of place but not mine."

Malakai sits behind a rock large enough that it would conceal him from any giants approaching from the direction this woman indicated.

Syrenia glances once again at the motionless bodies..."When will they wake? And when will we move on?"

Russeth shrugs, "Warrior or not, getting their items is not something you do without a little bit of wrestling. Personally I see no need of not just killing them on sight, these beasts are just evil and do not deserve to live." He pauses for a moment and breathes heavily, but then it stops at once. "They will wake once we can tend them accordingly, and we will move then."

[Ston]: "I still stick with my first intention of moving on and dealing with the mage should that ever arise, but everyone seems so die hard on finding him."

[Jarl]: "well ye be following the giants have ye. What can you tell us about the ones around here me thinking Russ would like to find their home if it was close by"

Malakai grunts " They had very large boulders land on them... I believe, although I'm no expert, that they may be out for awhile"

Russeth shrugs at Jarl, "Well I'm thinking it's our tracks she is following. Not the giants." He turns around and looks Syrenia over hastily. "I guess you can stick with us, if you want. But I count on you to help, should we meet more of these giants."

Syrenia turns to Russeth sternly..."Of course...I intent to work for my share."

Jarl walks back to the base of the side of the mountain and kneels before it. Jarl then begins to pray once more

Russeth grins and sits down against a rock next to Elina, "Work. Strange word for this situation." He shrugs and leans to the side; "We should all get some rest."

Syrenia returns to her perch and UN-slings her bow from her shoulder before nocking an arrow to it. She then stands watch on the rock, watching the direction where she first saw the monster leave.

Russeth decides to get some rest.

Malakai looks over at Syrenia, looking her up and down, frowning " If you are not a warrior, what will you contribute to the group... Besides the ability to track giants, which, is not all that difficult..."

Syrenia smiles down at the barbarian and begins to chant in an arcane language and work her hands in an intricate pattern. As she finishes, she vanishes from sight."

Malakai raises an eyebrow, visibly amazed by the magical display. " That could be very useful, for yourself...."

[Syrenia]: "A little bit of this and I can shoot fairly well. Aye it is very good for myself but I can scout ahead too."

Ston finishes with tending his mount as he takes a spot nearby and lays back for a bite to eat before going off to sleep once more.

Isreal lays still on the rocky ground seemingly asleep not moving face the sky he dreams of his god an his mother an father an the friends he’s lost in the night he writhes in pain from his wounds moaning lowly in pain

Malakai nods " Do you have any other magical abilities?"

Syrenia reappears and looks down towards Malakai..."Aye but I shall should you when the time for them are needed." Returns to her vigilant watch.

Malakai bites his lip for a second " Could you perhaps, identify the magic that has been placed on this armor?" he motions towards the plate armor he now wears, having received it after Hawk's death.

Jarl continues to pray. Every now and then you think you over hear the words stupid giants and boulders.

Syrenia nods to the barbarian..."Come up here and watch while I do it."

Malakai nods, and does as she asks.

Jarl rises to his feet and slowly walks over to Elina. He places his hand over her forehead as a white light flashes

Syrenia settles her bow next to her and takes the armor in her hands and chants over it as she powders it with some shining white powder.

[Jarl]: "I must sleep now" as the bags under his eyes, continue to sag. He walks back to the base of the mountain and rolls up in his blanket

Malakai watches the surrounding area carefully, trying his best not to miss anything incase the giants do come back to finish the group off.

Syrenia shakes her head and sighs..."Sorry, it is beyond my skills." She hands back the armor to the warrior and takes back her bow.

Elina moans as she holds her head. "What happened?"

Jarl walks over to Isreal before going to sleep. Mumbles "we need more healers" as his bandages Isreal’s wounds"

Malakai smiles widely " Many thanks for the attempt, anyway.... Somehow, I knew I wouldn't find out what magic it holds tonight... I fear I may never...."

Jarl passes his hand over Isreal’s face "with Moradin's touch" causing a white flash.

Malakai goes back to his spot, and pulls his blanket up over him, going to sleep the rest of the night, unless he is to take the next watch.

Russeth is sleeping deeply next to Elina, his back against an improvised rock and cloth bed.

Elina eyes widen as she spots the newcomer. "And whom may you be lady?"

Jarl stays till he sees Isreal move. Then he walks back to his blanket. "We will need to be safer this night, I don't think I can cast to many more times this night"

Syrenia looks down at the laying form..."A friend."

Isreal wakes an is still laying on the ground but can now speak "what the hell happened to me?"

[Jarl]: "giants and big rocks lad" as he wraps up in his blanket

Elina looks at Syrenia with a smile. "I certainly hope so." After some effort, she manages to stand and curtsey a little to the lady. "I am Elina. What's yours?"

Syrenia shakes her head..."I prefer not to say..."

Isreal lays resting on the rocky ground now awake "Russeth we should move on as soon as we can " Isreal tries to stand but is still in much pain "OOOO my side well lets get going". Isreal falls back to the ground and lies there, "Maybe we should wait until morning

Elina nods. "Very well then. Good night friend," saying as she rests her self beside Russeth while trying to rest her throbbing head.

Jarl snorts "good idea lad"

Syrenia nods to the elven maid and continues to watch the mountains.

Isreal sleeps on the rocks trying to ease his pain lying as best he can in the rocks

You wake to a brisk morning as the sun slowly tries to peek its way through the range; the early morning brings with it several birds of prey as they search the rocks for any stragglers of the night as they circle about just ahead of you. Looking across the range and the valley you see no sign of any of the large humanoids that have been pestering you the past few nights. With Elina and Isreal still beaten down pretty good, getting an early move seems all but impossible at the moment. With the coming of the stranger you are now suspicious once more. Up near the old camp site vultures can be seem picking at the remains of the mule killed during the fight while others fly above.

Russeth quickly climbs to his feet, while others aren't yet ready for a move; he has plenty of energy left. He yawns and rubs his eyes with a smile, glancing around for whomever might've been on watch until morning. He gathers his equipment hastily and munches for a few minutes on dry rations.

Syrenia looks down at the group as she sits on her large rock..."Are you all ready to move forward?"

Jarl sets up atop his blanket and eats a piece of trail mix "so we ready for another fun filled day?"

Isreal wakes to the morning light to find his mule dead but still sore as he gets up and tries to walk out to look over toward the mule

Malakai is up quickly as well, taking only a few moments to get his gear together, and gnaw on a ration, before he is ready to move on.

Elina rubs her head, feeling a lot better then the night before.

Watching the mule you see a vulture pluck its eye right out of its head while others pick and tear into the flesh around the neck trying to feed on as much as they can with the least amount of effort.

[Jarl]: "well we seem to have a scout it looks" looking to Syrenia "we need to stay low and avoid any problem for the next day or two till everyone heals up"

Syrenia glances at the dwarf..."Avoid? Aren't you going after those giants? Isn't that why you are in these mountains?"

Ston gets up and sniffs the morning air while taking in a stretch, "Aye another fine day to be alive no?"

Isreal sits an holds his side dam these large beasts we not be flies right for the swatting I am really starting to hate these guys"

Malakai shakes his head " But by the way Russeth seems to feel about giants, we may take on the task of eliminating them anyway...."

[Jarl]: "them giants not be the first thing on my to do list" Looking about the makeshift camp "well we ready to get moving?"

[Isreal]: "who be the woman where did she come from an I am still hurt really bad. Jarl my friend could your god spare a little health for a battle hardened man?"

Ston looks about "What woman Isreal that rock must have really hit you hard." Laughing as if she is not there.

Jarl nods "yes you are Isreal, you will need to take it easy for a while if you want those wounds to heal correctly. She is the walking smithy."

Malakai smiles as he joins in on the conversation " And as of yet, we are unaware of her name...."

Jarl collects his gear "we are going to see a mage that lives in these mountains. If all goes well we can return from there to find your giants. Sound like a plan?"

Syrenia suddenly turns at the mention of a mage..."And what are you going to do to that mage?"

Jarl shakes his head "sorry lad All my healing magic is spent for now"

Ston looks at the others, 'Hmm maybe the mage found us" Looking up at the lass.

Malakai sits down against a rock, letting the business end of his battle-axe rest on the ground, while he pushes the other end from hand to hand.

Isreal starts to gather his gear an says "I have some arrows on the mule I have to get an a few other things I need cant lust leave it here"

[Jarl]: "well. We are in need to talk with him or her. From there only the gods know at this point"

Syrenia grins at Ston..."I don't have enough skill to be called a mage."

Malakai shrugs " You have some skill in the magical arts, that is reason enough...." he returns to busying himself, trying to pass the time

[Jarl]: "we be heading to the largest mountain on this range think you can scout ahead and keep us on course?"

Malakai heaves his battle-axe up onto his back, then hooks it back on its hanger. A contently sigh is released as he looks over towards the still rising sun.

Isreal gets up and walks over to the mule trying to shoo off the vultures from its corps to get his gear

Syrenia scratches her head..."It's my first time in these mountains and I don't even know where you want to go..."

Isreal fights with the vultures as they just hop around him and fly one a foot or so away before returning by to eating as they practically cover the mule.

Ston shakes his head Forget it Isreal they will have it stripped to bone by high sun, they are the gods cleaners of the lands."

[Isreal]: "they don’t eat wood I need my arrows"

[Jarl]: "well then lass, maybe ye can stay to the higher grounds and watch from there as well" he sets off again slowly and watches the path ahead

Malakai calls over " Just grab one and cut its head off... Spill its blood around, and then leave its corpse there.... That seems to ward off most types of animals, the smell of blood from it's own kind...."

Syrenia nods to the dwarf..."That I can do."

Russeth has been watching off in the distance, in hopes he could have seen a giant pop by. "I guess we can be moving now, if the wounded do want to go ahead." He looks back at the others.

Proceeding on into the mountains at a slowed pace you travel for the day in peace as the sun once again begins to set over the range, through out the course of the day. You have made your way down into the lower valley finding sleeping on the edge of a mountain to be not very safe. Searching about the area you find a nice spot along the base of a mountain with a large stone jutting out of its side giving some cover from the beasts that may roam above in the night.

Russeth looks over at the spot, and nods to himself. "I guess we can rest some more here, and Jarl can pray. Once again."

Malakai takes the first few steps into the new, designated sleeping spot, just checking for any predators that may lurk in the shadows. " This place looks like it will fulfill our needs..."

Isreal walks on limping with what he has on his back eaten by birds never thought I would lose so much gold from birds"

Syrenia nods to the ranger as she makes her way to the suggested spot. She takes out a book and begins to read it intently.

Jarl walks over to Isreal "let me see ye wounds" he places his hand over them "By the Forgers will" as a flash of white light passes

Russeth identifies the most strategic defense spots, and the direction beasts of the mountains may be coming from. He doesn't omit to look up above, "We go back to the old watches tonight, I will start."

[Isreal]: "thank you Jarl I needed that but you god does not have much favor on me this day "

Jarl looks to the wounds "Maybe if you where to donate to his faith his favor would be more" Walks off to find a place to pray

Russeth takes out his waterskin and pours down some of its content slowly; wiping his mouth afterwards and storing it back in the backpack. "Alright, get some sleep, this shouldn't be a too hard place to keep an eye on." He places his hands on his hips and watches the sun setting.

Settling in for the night you keep an eye out on your surrounding area in hopes of spotting any thing that may be planning to stalk you for the night. Checking the valley and the crags above you see nothing and hoping nothing is seeing you. The sounds of the bugs and birds that have been present the past few nights are all but gone in this area, as to the brushes and grasses about you have dried up and or withered away. Jarl sits off alone praying once more.

Malakai finds a suitable sleeping spot for himself, preferably away from the center of the campsite, and with his back to the mountain. " I hope to see you all, in one piece, in the morning."

Isreal finds a spot and sits head down with nothing to eat having all his food on his horse

Russeth leans back against the large jutting rock and smiles, "I'd like to see that. All of us in one piece." He shakes his head.

Ston snickers, "Well we could all be smashed into one large pile of goo."

Russeth shakes his head; "It's not really the time to talk about smashed and goo." He crosses his arms over his chest, looking a bit more serious.

[Isreal]: "yes Ston I know what that feels like not fun I am afraid"

Malakai rolls over and mumbles something, only audible words are ' Noisy' and ' wake the dead.' Tucking his legs up to his chest as he begins to fall asleep, his blanket draped over him protectively.

Jarl continues to pray over in the corner.

Syrenia turns a page as she continues to watch her book.

Russeth wonders when they are going to go to sleep as he peers into the horizon. "How fun would it be to find their lairs and surprised these gigantic masses of stupidity..." He draws his longsword and slashes through the air, but he stops at midway, raising his ear.

[Isreal]: "not to much my friend Russeth I am in no shape"

Jarl walks back to the camp and unrolls his blanket and takes out a roll pouch of small tools "well anyone need me to look over your armors or weapons for wear or damage?"

Russeth glances at Isreal suspiciously, "What did you just call me?" He smiles and places his sword back into its sheath.

[Isreal]: "well as much an I hate to admit it you are the one I have known the longest so I would be honored to call you friend"

Russeth laughs sharply as he resumes his position next to the stone, "Well my friend. I guess that is justified." He watches Jarl walk by and shakes his head to his question, continuing his watch silently.

Jarl looks over to Isreal, his forehead wrinkled "aye? The lad didn't have a fever the last time me checked him?" Takes off his helm and his shield inspecting them for structural wear and damage. He will quietly work on those items before going to sleep

Russeth walks over to Elina and lays besides her after a few hours. He looks up at Jarl and sighs, "Take the next watch I guess."

Isreal hangs his head low think of the lose of his mule "I will get those bastards one way or another they will pay for that mule an gear"

Jarl finishes his inspections about 30 minutes after starting them, then goes to sleep

Russeth shakes his head at Isreal; "Anyone could pay for this."

Ston sleeps under the small cliff not far from his mount.

Russeth is asleep and does not intend on getting up soon, unless it is brutally.

Jarl gets up at the crack of dawn and sits on his blanket eating breakfast. He looks about the area as he does so

Malakai is lying motionless upon the ground, sleeping until the sun rises, at least.

Several hours pass as most are asleep at this time leaving only Syrenia up reading her book, while others still talk and converse.

Isreal takes a nap on the rocks again dreaming of the nights at the inn drinking and laughing

Syrenia looks up from her book and yawns as she stretches her arms..."I'm off to sleep...good night." She draws her short sword and holds it over her horizontally as she goes to sleep.

Jarl alerts the group that something is amiss, "Something is out there I can hear rocks moving about."

Russeth blinks momentarily but quickly responds to his warnings as he jumps to his feet. Sliding his to his swords that were lying to his sides, he remains crouched, waiting for his directions.

Syrenia stands and sheaths her sword as she UN-slings her bow and nocks an arrow to it. She makes her way to the Dwarf and whispers to him..."Where?"

Isreal jumps from his nap bow in hand scanning the terrain in infravision

Ston gets up and looks off into the darkness trying to see what might be out there in the night.

Malakai gets to his knees, and with out making a sound, has his armor, and battle-axe ready for some killing.

Jarl points in the direction of the noises

Isreal takes cover behind some rocks

Getting up for the night you look out on watch while the others get up before noticing the creeping movement of shadows heading your way. As they approach you see they are man sized and strangely uncoordinated in their steps. Looking harder at the approaching persons you see they are nightmarish creatures that have burning eyes of red set in mummified flesh over twisted skeletons with hands that end in sharp claws.

Syrenia aims her bow and fires at the unholy creatures.

Russeth notices the dark creatures and glances at Jarl; "Do you recognize these demoniac creatures in any way?" He hesitates over his weapons.

Jarl pulls out his amulet "foul undead be gone from this place by Moradin's will"

Isreal lets lose 2 arrows at the beasts hoping to wound and send them to hell where they belong

Malakai growls as he raises his battle-axe " I told you people were noisy enough to wake the dead!"

The creatures are slow but appear deadly to the fact they are dead yet do not rest as they close in on your camp.

[Jarl]: "they be undead that is all I know"

Isreal fires as his second arrow as it strikes true but appears to have no effect on the creature as it continues toward you.

Malakai thinks, wondering if it was Russeth's groaning about going after the giants or Isreal's bitching about his mule that disturbed these damned beings.

[Isreal]: "we should get out of here I don’t like this"

Russeth UN-straps the morningstar behind his back and nods, "I hear ye cleric." He draws the short sword in his right hand with a smile, "I guess we shall 'bless' these!" He charges into battle, swinging his morning star with deadly precision.

Malakai charges forward alongside Russeth " You know if everyone ate what they killed like me, we wouldn't be in this mess!"

Syrenia fires arrow after arrow as 3 strike the beasts yet they seem to have no effect upon them as they move in as if blocking your escape.

Syrenia slings her bow over her shoulder and draws two blades.

Isreal starts muttering the arcane words of a spell as he points his finger at the things

Syrenia yells over to Jarl..."Hey Jarl...do you have to have magic or silver weapons to hit them?"

The first one moves in trying to reach out and touches Elina as she quickly moves away from the dead creature.

[Jarl]: "what I look like a necromancer or something I would say hit them with everything you got if that still stand them run."

Russeth cries out in rage as he lowers the spiked head of the weapon at the Wight, even though the swing is strong, the creature is just ignoring the weapon.

Elina chants and calls fourth 2 images of her self to help do battle with the dead.

Ston attacks upon one of the roving creatures but fails to connect.

The creature comes in and touches upon Syrenia’s shoulder, as she appears to weaken a bit before breaking free of the beast.

Malakai lunges forward at the lead Wight, swinging his large battle-axe in a wide, horizontal arc at the undead beast. " Die!" he cries, it coming out more as battle cry then words. " Again!" soon follows. Alas, like Russeth's attempts, his attacks also yield no results.

The creature comes in wiping out one of the images of Elina leaving her with one copy of her self.

Isreal finishes his spell an 2 beams of light fly forth from his finger an strikes the closes thing

Isreal sends fourth his magic as it strikes one of the beasts leaving a small hole in its rotting flesh.

Syrenia attacks the creature with a wild fury of attacks with her silver longsword and magical short sword.

Jarl holds out his amulet before the walking dead "back to the ashes from which ye came."

Syrenia fails to connect with her dazzling swords.

[Jarl]: The undead don't seem to even notice Jarl's words

The creatures continue to come as if they never heard Jarl.

Russeth tosses the morning star away seeing it has little to no effect on the creature and draws his only other chance of a weapon, the magic scimitar. He curses in elven as he continues to swing madly, if not to kill the creatures, at least to slow them down. "Let's hope that thing can help now!" Unfortunately, the scimitar misses the target, while the shortsword pierces with deadly precision, but doesn't even seem to slow the creature down.

Isreal pulls his dagger and moves into attack the dagger shines in the dim light of the night

The creature moves in and once again touches upon Syrenia as it attacks upon you.

Elina chants once more sending fourth two bolts of white light into the beast leaving yet again nothing more then small holes in the flesh.

Another comes in trying to lay its hands upon Ston and he dodges away from the creature. While the third creature also attacks upon Ston touching him upon his chest as he staggers back from the cold touch.

Jarl holds the amulet out still. Standing back from the main combat zone, he begins to chant

Ston in his weaken state attacks again connecting upon the creature doing little to stop its attack.

Syrenia attacks again out of panic while once more both attacks failing to connect with the creatures. Slashing her two swords in front of her in a wild attack, hoping to hit the Wight or at least keep them away.

Isreal slashes at the monsters with the cold steal of his dagger

Isreal attacks with his mighty dagger though hitting it only cuts into the flesh so far.

Malakai charges towards one of the undead creatures that are attacking Ston and releases a handful of salt at the nearest, remembering something he thinks he heard in a tavern somewhere. But, unfortunately, it has no apparent effect.

Russeth shouts with rage as the slow yet very effective assaults hit his comrades, he twirls the scimitar over his head and lowers it to the retracting arm of the last beast, which attacked Ston, the short sword follows shortly, "Take that you foul undead!" Out of clumsiness he strikes his two weapons together, the short sword flies into the air away from the battlefield.

[Isreal]: "I think we should run from these guys where not ready for them " Isreal trying to fight his way backward trying to get the others to follow

Jarl holds the amulet out still. Standing back from the main combat zone, he begins to chant

Elina with no offensive spells to help slowly tries to back away behind the fighters.

Isreal lashes out with his dagger trying to pull back

The creature attacks again wiping out the remaining image of Elina.

Isreal stumbles, and misses his hit mark but still pulls back some from battle.

Malakai puts his weight into a savage swing at the assaulted Wight, releasing an all out roar as he leans forward into the attack. His axe swings high, and passes over the creature's head.

Syrenia yells out and slashes wildly once again at the creatures. Her longsword slashes at its head and the short sword towards its hands. Succeeding in hitting the creature’s hand.

Syrenia fighting in a panic manages to send one of the dead, back to where it came from as it unholy remains fall to the dirt. One of the remaining creatures attacks but fails to connect with anyone. The second beast left alive of sorts attacks upon Elina as it touches upon her arm.

Ston fights on connecting with one of the creatures but appears to not even split a hair growing from its decaying head.

Isreal ducks and dodges and steps in with his dagger to stab one of the monsters

[Jarl]: "Moradin protect use from these foul creatures. Let our strikes fall true and our foe's strikes fall from their mark"

Isreal hits the monster and doses little damage but pulls back fighting

The creature comes in once more touching upon Ston as he appears to dry up and rot before your eyes as he drops to the ground.

Russeth tries to drag one of the creatures off as he swings and slowly walks backwards to where his sword dropped. "Come on over, creature of the abyss, you here to feel my sword?" He lowers his blade with all its might towards the chest of the undead, having a free hand he now concentrates all his precision into the scimitar, that strikes true, and finally damages the creature.

Russeth attacks doing great damage to the beast as it moans a deafening groan but still manages to stand and fight on.

Malakai is keeping after the Wight with salt on it, curious as to what effect, if any; the salt had on the monster. A loud battle cry is bellowed out as he swings his axe in a downward arc at the beast's head. Stumbling, he barely manages to keep a grip on his axe, and just keeps his balance, missing the Wight entirely.

The creature steps in and attacks Isreal as he tries to back away touching him upon the arm.

Syrenia runs and stands next to Russeth to fight off the creature. She lunges at it, using her longsword to stab the creature while bringing her short sword in a vertical slash across the creature's chest but she misses entirely.

Elina swings at the beast with her staff but does little good to the creature as it fights on.

Isreal slashes at the monster that touched him and tries to pierce the demons missing and cant hit the mark while trying to pull back.

The creature comes in and attacks upon Russeth striking him in the chest. The remaining creature comes in and attacks Malakai just landing its hand upon his shoulder.

Jarl continues to chant holding his amulet out in front "these dark creations are strong but your crafting hands are by far stronger. Protect us father against these ill-crafted creatures. Let us squash them with your will"

[Russeth]: His eyes widen as the swing seems to have an impact on the undead, "Ah ha! I have a feeling this one won't be around for long!" He continues swinging, bringing his second hand upon the handle of the scimitar for a mightier strike, and standing a few feet away from his short sword, which he has completely forgotten. His blade surprises the Wight in its flank as Russeth lets out a small cry of joy.

Russeth strikes again sending the second one back to death as it drops to the ground.

Syrenia turns to the remaining creature and charges at it, slashing right and left with her two swords.

Russeth staggers back for a moment from the strike of the other undead, blinking and breathing with difficulty for a moment, he grows a bit paler as he continues to try and fight.

Syrenia attacks striking the beast twice as she fights on.

Malakai swings at the Wight that touched him, just missing by a few mere inches, his frustration and anger growing with every passing moment.

Ston once again gets to his feet as he now lashes out upon the group.

[Isreal]: "we have to get out of here come on you guys we can’t take them all"

Closing in he misses while he now gets to his uncontrolled feet.

Malakai growls over at Isreal " There is one left!"

[Jarl]: standing back from the main combat zone "All that is dark will fall before the light. All the follows the light will triumph over that which lurks in the darkness"

Isreal attacks the new Ston

Russeth feels weak as he charges into the fray carelessly; lowering his blade into the creature that Ston has becomes flesh.

Syrenia attacks the Wight again. She kneels for a second and stabs with her two weapons while jumping towards it but it moves in time and she jumps pass it.

The creature comes in and attacks upon Malakai but is unable to touch him again.

Russeth feels weak as he charges into the fray carelessly, lowering his blade into the creature's flesh. "So sad." is the only words he adds as he notices Ston swinging at his friends farther down. His scimitar slashes through the Wights flesh like butter.

Malakai raises his axe and strikes in a spot that would have hurt any other creature, but the Wight is unaffected.

Elina strikes at the Wight with her staff, hoping to hit it.

Isreal strikes at Ston again hope to send his soul to heaven

Isreal misses in a bad attempt to strike the new monster

Syrenia comes again a little more awkwardly; she comes with her weapons at the same time and manages to hit with her short sword.

The creature returns lashing out at Syrenia but fails to connect with her.

[Jarl]: " by all that is holy guard us against all that is unholy. My those that are responsible for their UN-life be judged harsher then those that were brought about against their own free will"

Elina completes her spell and unleash a fan of fire at the Wight.

Elina sends the Wight back to where it came from in a fiery flash of flames as it falls to the ground burning, leaving only Ston to fend off.

Russeth continues slashing furiously, showing no expression. He curses in elven as he lands a final blow upon the undead creature, "Say hello to the evil gods for me, you brainless beast!" Unfortunately it doesn't happen the way he predicted, his scimitar hits down on the rock and bounces out of his hands onto the ground.

Ston attacks once more upon the group but still hasn't been able to land a hand on anyone.

Malakai backs away from the combat, not wanting to get drained and changed like Ston.

Elina strikes at Ston with her staff, hoping that the blow lands. Tears wells in her eyes as she makes her blow.

Jarl continues to chant holding his amulet out in front "these dark creations are all but gone. Thank you father for protecting us against these ill-crafted creatures. Let them return to the ashes from which they came"

Elina lets out a sigh of relief as she misses.

Russeth could care less for running, feeling that something that has stolen part of his life does not deserve to be let free he dives for his weapon and tries to slash at the creature's rotting leg, successfully.

Isreal strikes at Ston trying to hit true, to send the man to a peaceful sleep missing again, and cussing the day he woke up.

Ston finally finding his legs strikes out at Jarl but just misses him as he slips in the rubble.

Syrenia sheaths her longsword and keeps only her short sword in her hands as she stands before Ston. She lunges at him with her sword to stab him in the chest and she succeeds, driving it deeply into the Wight.

Syrenia slashes back upon Ston as he goes to the ground once again lifeless.

Syrenia drops to the ground and shivers uncontrollably. She runs to her pack, takes out her blanket and draws it around herself.

Isreal falls to the ground pale and sickly

Malakai grips at his heart, breathing deeply " I've never felt..." Walks towards Ston's motionless form.

Isreal starts looking for any good out of the encounter and searches the bodies

Elina slips to the ground, exhausted. "What was that? Why did Ston turn against us?"

Syrenia looks up to the group..."Wha...wha...what now?" She draws her blanket even tighter around herself.

Finishing with the dead that have, arisen in the night to deal with you, you make your way back off to camp in hopes that morning will soon be upon you. With the loss of another comrade having to deal with that being hard enough yet having to fight him made it even worse.

Jarl looks to Ston's body "may your god watch over your Soul and take it to a better place"

Isreal tries to guide his horse with the group

Malakai looks Ston's body over " Will any of you feel any resentment about myself checking his body for useful gear?"

Russeth doesn't seem to care really much for Ston he walks over into the corner of their small encampment and sits against a rock, watching up at the sky.

Elina shakes her head, not being sure what is going on. "I have never seen anything like this."

Malakai takes off the dead man's quiver of arrows and gives it to either Isreal, or Syrenia

Isreal quickly takes it

Malakai takes Ston's rations, water, gold, and his torches.

[Isreal]: Long sword, Long Composite Bow & 24 Sheaf arrows
