The Doorbell rang, Krissa awoke from her nap and skipped down the stairs and opened the door knowing it was probably her blonde hair blue eyed best
friend. "Hey Lia! You're here rather early aren't you? I never knew you
to be a Hanson fan?" ,Krissa said as she motioned Lia to come in "Me
neither. It's 11 o'clock and I had no other best friends to go see a
concert with so I came over." ,Lia said sarcastically "Oh, my..I took a nap and well..I didn't realize I was that tired.",Krissa said, "Hey it's 11,
we've go to get a move on or else we'll be late and I'll never get to see
Hanson!" Krissa quickly walked with Lia into the laundry room while Penny
folded up the laundry. "Hey girls, is it time to go already,help me fold
this last sheet and then I'll get my keys and we'll go.",Penny said to
them as she handed them each a corner of a sheet. "Where is everyone mom?
The silence is unbearable!",Krissa asked with a bit of sarcasm "Well,
Daniel and your father are driving around town. Gwen is up in her room
singing to her "Tragic Kingdom" album. Cloe is in the den asking for
driver's advice online and Matti is in the basement playing Nintendo 64
as usual.",Penny explained as she folded the last fold. "Well now that
we're done Lia and I will wait outside for you, come on Lia!",Krissa told
her mom eagerly as she grabbed Lia and they walked outside. Krissa and Lia
leaned against the slide door to Penny's minivan as Penny locked the front
door to the house and walked down the front walk to her car. When the door was unlocked the girls jumped in. On the ride to the mall Krissa daydreamed
about how great the concert would be while Lia thought the complete
opposite.
