Within My Night

Into the night
Darkness cradle around my heart
I watch it swallow me whole
And devoured me into asylum

The silent walk the night
A shadow hidden amongst the shadows
With no reflection of the future
But only with the past

In the corner of my room
A child cried
Mother's womb so inviting
The only dark spot with no hand to choke
