A NAME WITHIN A LETTER

A letter to make me feel better
Words of a teenage lover
A name without a face
Penny now comes in place

Words of a flower ready to bloom
Love and maybe more
Words of tenderness
She speaks the language of love

Raining down on me
With passionate poetry
Giving me life in ecstasy
Inscribing the words of love back into my mind

Living the words of love back into my life
Brighten my day with words of life
Poetry to bring tears to my eyes
And through that tears I see my real life

Words of an unspoken language
Language in an era of make-believes and magical fantasies
Language that rolled off her tongue speak of dreams
But if you only see it, it’s the unspoken language of love

Young and brave
Dared to endeavour in a zone of forbidden love
Still seeking for that love
And that love is the pride in her heart

Love she is still trying to inscribe into my life
Through letters of hidden words
I admired her because I see her as love
Penny, a name within a letter
