Major duties consist of project planning for
multi-million dollar projects for the U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Navy, CNET and
other entities of the Department of Defense.
Conducted site assessments throughout the United States to gather
customer requirements for implementing MAXIMO by holding Corporate and Lower
Management meetings to discuss their current legacy system and any
requirements for the new application system. ·
Data conversions utilizing Oracle , data scrubbing
utilizing Oracle, Access, and Excel to minimize the chance of errors when
legacy data is inputted in to MAXIMO, configure databases, and customize
software applications to client specifications. ·
Developed Standard Operating Procedures for customers to
maximize productivity and accuracy and establish standard business practices. ·
Provided user/customer support and on-site client
training of MAXIMO Modules and Applications in individual or large groups
settings until all users have a general to proficient knowledge of MAXIMO and
its components.

Created and edited technical training documentation for
