Olkteh Teehee
Olkteh Teehee (prnounced Oak tay (which rhymes with day) tay (once again pronounced like day) hay ) stands for Obnoxious Little Kid That Everyone Hates. He usually is refereed to by the name Teehee by itself. He is a mutant with an extraordinary ability; he has the power similar to Rouge’s (She has to ability to absorb any other mutants special ability or the energy of normal humans, thus making her unable to touch anyone without harming them.) but with some exceptional differences. His Mutant ability, which he can turn on and off, is to "steal" other mutants abilities. This means that, if his power is on, and he touches a mutant he stores that mutant’s ability inside himself and from that moment on can at any moment he chooses use that ability. When he does this to a Mutant, he knocks them out cold. He looks like a little boy but his real age is undeterminable. All that is know of his history is that from seemingly out of nowhere came a mutant that was on no determined side, which lived to annoy anyone who crossed his path. He seems to have no fear, and is know to taunt relentlessly powerful mutants such as Wolverine, Magneto, and Apocalypse. There is but one person whom has allied themselves with him; An ex mercenary mutant named Dice.
Dice
She is a mutant with two abilities. She is an extraordinarily powerful psychic.Her other ability is she can create small cubes with sharp edges which she throws at her opponents. She met Olkteh as part of a search for a challenge. They became friends and her mercenary job has become almost non existent, but she does not care because working for Teehee brings Challenges that are to her liking.
Teehee Cult
Ever since the late 80’s, a cult has risen from the exploits of Teehee. Little is known of the cult, except for one thing; Teehee hates his cult followers. The reason is that these people do not really know him, according to Teehee. They , in fact, scare Teehee. He spends the majority of his time avoiding them, but every so often they find him, causing him to flee the area. This cult and the large number of people whom hunt him down in the attempt to end his life make travel rather difficult for Teehee, but he manages to get around anyway.
