Never choose harsh criticisms to belittle yourself, 
because God made you beautiful in all that you are!



You may think life is boring or even how lonely you feel
even surrounded by other people; nobody to hold you dear,
Or hold your hand or speak gently to you or to share life with!
He is just next to us, whispering, seek ways to shift the hurt;
The outward smile others may see & take notice, 
but the one God sees is the one from your heart.
Keep the good memories, 
make new ones to cherish 
and life will smile upon you!



Meditate on These Things

Phillipians 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, 
whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, 
whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, 
whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue 
and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things. 
9 The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, 
these do, and the God of peace will be with you.

Fresh air, clean running water, a pretty flower, 
a soft scent, a nice country view, create something special 
or look at photos which instill a lightness similar to magic, 
(I find animations of delight to be a great lift seeing it), 
a visit with someone special, doing an act of kindness, 
watching a child laugh or play carelessly in the park, 
watch an animal with it's loving owner, touch the softness of fleece, 
feel the warmth of it wrapped around you in a blanket, 
apply a warm wet cloth to the face in the morning or night, 
enjoy pastel colors to relax to, 
look up at the stars at night or the moon too, 
listen to your favorite music to relax to, 
or dance or simply to lift the spirit, 
enjoy a shower to massage the mind and body, 
or linger in a bath with candlelight ~
the list is endless; climb slowly to Him
Take baby steps in becoming all you are meant to be
because no matter how lonely you feel, He is real
and cries with you in sorrow, smiles with you in joys!
