Chip Stone
Chip Stone: former high school football player, steroid user, and typical jock boy. Now a Pander running with the Meat Rack, Chip has proven himself useful as a demolition man. He managed to destory an entire block of historic Osborne Village with only his braun and a table leg. Not just any table leg, Chip's Blessed table leg.
