Hazard lights - hold L1 and press Down

Head lights - hold L1 and press Up

Left turn signal -- hold L1 and press Left

Right turn signal -- hold L1 and press Right

Siren * -- hold L1 and press Up

To unlock the Titan, you must win all 8 Special Events.

Drive Phantom Concept Car

To unlock the Phantom racer, you must win all six events in Tournament mode.
