CHAPTER 29:

The next morning at 9 the guys had to do an interview for a radio station and at 2 was their interview at Much Music. So the guys left for the radio station but the girls decided to stay in and just listen to it over the radio.

"So guys, what about girlfriends? Got any?" The radio guy asked.

"Uhh…no." Scottt hesitated as he said this.

"What!!!!"Cher screamed as she sat in the hotel room listening.

"Come on Cher, we knew they would keep it a secret for a while." Jen said.

"I know but.." Cher said, stopping herself. She decided to save her anger for when Scott came back. Finally at around 10:30 there was a knock on the girls door.

"HI guys." Dave said entering the room, hugging Sarah.

"Hey hun." Scott said leaning into kiss Cher.

"No way. Uhh..no I don't have a girlfriend." Cher said mimicking Scott.

"What? You knew we would keep you a secret for a while." Scott said.

"Yeah I know Scott but.."

"But what? We can't tell the fans yet, we can't afford to lose any fans right now." Scott said snobbishly. Cher was fuming mad.

"So what." She screamed, " YOU THINK YOU CAN JUST SCREW ME AND THEN ACT LIKE YOU DON'T KNOW ME!" The whole room was silent, everyone was just standing there in shock. No one said anything for a few minutes.

"Look Cher I'm sorry, I guess I should have to.." Scott said, but he was cut off by Cher walking out the door. Jen went running after her, leaving the others still standing there in shock.

"You screwed her?" Bob said.

"Yeah." Scott said a sly smile spreading across his face. All the guys started talking completely forgetting about the problem.

"My gosh, you guys are so insensitive. Scott your girlfriend could be out killing herself right now and you're sitting in here laughing? You disgust me!" Sarah said storming out the door, Heather followed shortly there after. The guys just stood there, they didn't really know what to do. Everyone was mad at them.

"Maybe we should go find them?" Dave said.

"Yeah, I think that would be a good idea." Bob replied. So the four of them went out in search of their girlfriends. Sarah and Heather were the first ones to be found they were just sitting in the hotel lobby talking. When they saw the guys walking up they were about to get up and leave but the stopped them.

"Look you guys I'm sorry, I shouldn't have been so insensitive." Scott said.

"It's not me you need to be apologizing to Scott Moffatt." Sarah said. With that Scott went off in search of Cher and saw Jen walking out of the bathroom in the lobby.

"Jen where's Cher?" He asked. Jen just pointed into the bathroom and he went running in there. He found Cher sitting on the counter crying. She looked up and saw him.

"Get away from me." She said coldly.

"Look Cher, just listen to me." Scott said pleading with her.

"Why should I?"

"Because I need you to. I need to apologize. I should have told them I was going out with you." He said sincerely.

"Listen Scott, I know you're sorry, but I just need to think this relationship through. IS it really worth all the pain we are going to have being apart?" Cher said coming down a little.

"I think it is."

"I hope it is Scott, I really do but I just need some time to think."

"Are we ok for now though?" HE asked.

"Yeah." Cher said hugging him, "Now everyone knows we had munky sex, I'm gonna have some explaining to do." They laughed and walked out of the bathroom. Sarah ran up to Cher to make sure she was ok. Everything was fine again so they all decided to go out for lunch before the Much Music interview. They chose somewhere as far away from Much Music as possible to avoid the fans.

CHAPTER 30:

"Hey guys look to your left, there's a girl who's been giving us dirty looks the whole time we've been eating." Heather said to her friends. The others all took a quick glance and got glares of hatred in return. Just as they were about to leave, the girl came up to them and started talking to the guys.

"Are these your girlfriends?" She said glaring at the girls once more.

"Yes, yes they are." Scott said putting his arm around Cher. She got the biggest smile on her face and she knew they relationship was definitely worth it. The girl left, disgusted. The 8 of them finally left for Much Music and went in the back door. The girls got to meet Rick the Temp and were very happy to see them as the guys looked on with jealous faces.

"Aww Clint are you jealous?" Heather said wrapping her arms around him.

"No." He said plainly. Heather just laughed and they sat down to talk.

"Alright, now we are going to an audience question." Rick said.

"Hi..umm..my name is Amanda and I was wondering if you have girlfriends because on the radio this morning you said you didn't but now some girl here is telling everyone she saw you at lunch with your girlfriends." She said in one long breath.

"SO let's go down the line," Rick said, "we'll start with you Clint."

"Well yes, I have a girlfriend. Her name is Heather we've been dating for about a month." A few sobs could be heard as he said this.

"Well you see this morning, I lied. And I am sorry for lying you guys, but I thought it was the right thing to do. Now I know it wasn't the right thing to do. So yes I do have a girlfriend, her name is Cher." Scott said.

"I am dating a girl named Jen." Bob said.

"Yeah I have a girlfriend too. Her name is Sarah; they actually are all best friends. We met them all the same day. They are from Winnipeg." Dave said.

"Oh so those are the girls who are here with you today?" Rick asked.

"Yeah that's them." Bob replied. There were a few shouts of bring them out but the girls didn't want to because they didn't want anyone to know what they looked like yet. They didn't want to get stalked or anything. By now half the crowd was crying and the rest of the interview went by rather quickly, and it was unusually quiet.

"Thanks for telling Scott." Cher said hugging him as he entered the back room. The rest of the week went by too quickly for all the friends. Finally it was time for everyone to leave.

CHAPTER 31:

"I had so much fun this week, I can't believe it's over already." Heather said. The week had ended in Michigan and the girls had a long drive home ahead of them. They were all relaxing in their hotel room. They decided to leave at noon, which was when the guys had to go to an interview. It was now 10:30 and no one was saying much.

"Yeah, I don't want to go home. This has been the most fun summer ever." Jen added.

"Oh well. Let's stop talking about why we don't want to leave and take some pictures." Sarah said.

"Oh yeah, I guess we haven't taken any pictures yet this summer. How silly of us." Heather said. So everyone pulled out their cameras and they took tons of pictures. By the time they finished it was already 11:30 and the girls began packing their stuff into the car. Everyone just kind of stood around until noon, not saying much. When noon came everyone said a quick goodbye. Surprisingly, no tears were shed. As the girls drove home there were a few tears but they made it ok and went back to school. People who went to their school knew they were going out with the Moffatts, but not too many people really cared.

The months passed, everyone grew up. It was now Jen's birthday.

"Happy Birthday Jen!" Sarah yelled when she saw Jen walking down the hall.

"Oh my God! Sarah guess what my dad got me for my birthday!" She screamed.

"What?"

"A SILVER PORSCHE BOXSTER!" Jen yelled.

"Oh my gosh, are you serious?" Sarah said.

"Yes!"

"Wow that is so cool." Sarah replied. Jen was extremely happy all day, and by the end of the day everyone knew she had a Porsche.
