This guy is missing a good deal of paint, but both pigeons have all 4 wings!!! This is a rarity for this guy. His front is better than his back. The pigeons and face are probably the best features. Anyway he's maybe 55% at best unless you count the underside of the base--that's real good, should up the percentage about 5%. Enough already, Send Vern $19.00 and you too can have your very own carrier pigeons.
