Willow looks like an 18 year old girl. Willow is actually 1,918 years old. She was born (the first and only time) a couple of months before Serena in the time of the Silver Millenium. Willow isn't like the other Sailor girls. She is what people call a 1/2 lamia, 1/4 human, and 1/4 witch (she doesn't know about the witch part yet). A lamia is a vampire. They are different than the traditional vampire because they are born, can have children and grow old. Unlike other vampires, Willow doesn't have to drink blood. She can live without it, but she drinks it about once every month (it helps her to stop the aging process).

Powers/Tools
Eternity Blast: On the word 'Eternity' a large (REALLY LARGE), shapeless power forms on the top of her Eternity Staff. 'Blast releases the energy toward the evil.
Eternity Beam Shatter: A ray comes from each of the Scouts tiaras. This is kind of like 'Solar System,' but much more powerful and will hurt Eternity badly (won't kill her), since the energy from all the planets is going through her.
Eternity Staff: This is like Sailor Pluto's Time Staff and Sailor Saturn's Silence Glaive, but, instead of the Garnet Orb, it has an Orb of Thesulah on top. It is straight, not in the shape of a key. All the planet signs of the Scouts is on the staff. She also carries it around with her.
Eternity Teleport: With her Eternity Staff in hand, Sailor Eternity can call out 'Eternity Teleport' and tell it where she wants to go and instantly she is there.
1999: Willow goes to the same college that Serena and the other Scouts attend. The Scouts don't know her, but she knows them. She has watched for them to be reborn for 1900 years. Finally, in 1995, she finds them. She has been watching over the Scouts for 4 years. In 1999, she finally comes out in the open. She doesn't tell them that she's a vampire or Sailor Eternity, but, using her real name, Willow Hannigan, who is going to college (she has attended four different ones). The only way Serena doesn't know she's a vampire is (a) her part human heritage and (b)she keeps it hidden. Soon after finding them, she has to reveal Sailor Eternity to them (not as her true self, though). Later in the story, she shows who she is, what she is, plus she learns more about herself!
