As long as she isn't angry, Lita is very friendly and sociable, a typical teenager. She's the only one more into guys than Serena, and she thinks every hunk she sees looks like her old boyfriend (it makes you wonder just how many old boyfriends she has). She goes dreamy every time a nice-looking guy passes by.
Lita has a very sharpe sense of when her friends have problems, and she's willing to help.
She likes to take the initiative and loves action, and when she's Sailor Jupiter, she's usually the first to take action. Sailor Jupiter and Sailor Mercury are quite the opposites of each other. While Sailor Mercury would wait and think about what to do, Sailor Jupiter would charge head-first into the fray. This is the only time when Sailor Jupiter's aggressiveness is a plus.
Any other time, however, Lita can be on you like a ton of bricks and you'll regret ever making her angry. To top it off, she's a whiz at Martial Arts, and under a tall, lean frame is a very strong young lady.
In fact, she was transferred to Serena's school because of her tendency to fight. Fortunaltely, it turns out to be a blessing, for Serena gets Lita to start thinking before acting.
Lita is an excellent cook, and she hopes to become a world-class chef someday. She usually packs a lot of lunch (all homemade), to Serena's delight.

With her power pen in hand, Lita thrusts her arm into the air, and shouts, "Jupiter Power!" She holds the pen up in the air, and blue bolts of lightning surround her. Then, the light disappears in a flash, and her sailor suit appears. Then she strikes her pose, facing forward, right leg slightly bent, left foot and left arm pointing outward, right arm bent in the air, other arm partly extended, left elbow touching body, right elbow slightly off to the side. Lightning crackles in the background.
With her green star pen in hand, Lita holds her star pen in the air, and shouts, "Jupiter Star Power!" She gets her nails done, like Sailor Moon, except they're colored green. The transformation sequence is the same as the "Jupiter Power" one. At the end, the sign of Jupiter is in the background.

Supreme Thunder Crash/Jupiter Thunder Crash/Jupiter Thunderbolts Crash

Sailor Jupiter crosses her arms across her face, calling upon the power of Jupiter by saying, "Jupiter Thunder . . ." Clouds shoot bolts of lightning down from the sky. A mini linghtning rod rises from her tiara, and absorbs the lightning energy. The blue light circles around her for a moment, then she lets it loose, saying, " . . . Crash!"
The words "Jupiter Thunder Crash" are the ones usually spoken.
Jupiter Thunder Dragon
First episode used in: #49-Food Fetish
Lita and Alan were enjoying a nice meal in the park. Ann didn't like it one bit, so she unleashed a cardian on the two of them. The cardian smashed Lita's wonderful food to a pulp. This really ticked her off.
Sailor Jupiter goes through the "Jupiter Thuder Crash" sequence, but she yells "Jupiter Thunder Dragon" instead. The blue-green lightning takes the shape of a dragon. The electric dragon roars, and lunges at the target, face first.
Jupiter Thunderclap Zap
First episode used in: #59-A Charmed Life
Lightning crackles around Sailor Jupiter, as she begins her attack. She says, "Jupiter Thunderclap . . .," as she rears back. A ball of lightning forms in her hand. Then she says, " . . . Zap!," and throws the energy ball with her right hand, in a side arm fashion.
Though it's not considered a power, Sailor Jupiter's martial arts skills and surprising strength are put to use quite frequently as well.

Jupiter Crystal Power, make up!
Lita says this to transform into Super Sailor Jupiter. In the series Pegasus gives her this power, and, in the manga, she looks deep inside herself and finds this power.
Jupiter Oak Evolution
Super Sailor Jupiter says this to generate some leaves, and then she does this really nifty spin and blasts the leaves at an enemy. She uses this attack in the latter half of the fourth, and the fifth season.
