BIOGRAPHY: Reekon is a mercanary who will only work for money. He is ally to Darkstorm because he is rich with good food and luxery castle. In the age of Science, a was a thief and a con-artist who held many different identities. Back then he was a big-time crook who posed as a scientist and created a supposedly fool-proof alarm for the banks around New Valarak. Only he could de-activate them, meaning easy-picking for the thief. However, he has a long-suffering fued with Spectral Knight Ectar who was a detective back then and caught him in the act.
Reekon is very talented as a spy tactician and strategist. So he is great help for the Darkling Lords...as long as his pay is healthy. With this type of mentality, Reekon could side with the Spectral Knights, if the price is right. He also has a very deep, quite gruff voice that is intimidating. In the episode "Honor Among Thieves" he is given more of a spotlight, and we find out the history behind Ectar and himself. Reekon respects Ectar for his detective skills and it's no easy feat to stop Reekon the thief.
In the comic, Reekon had a poem-spell for his magic to bring alive the Dagger Assault engine, called the Power of Magic Extractor:
