BIOGRAPHY: Cindarr provides the muscles for the Darkling Lords. Despite his great strength, he is slow in the head and may not follow orders from Darkstorm completely. He joined as the Darkling Lords because Darkstorm guaranteed him good food at his castle.
However, there's this much more gentler, nicer side to Cindarr. You beg the qustion, is he really evil? In the "Horn of Unicorn, Claw of Dragon", we get more of an insight to Cindarr, and he just doesn't seem a bad guy at all. So is he just got no conscience, can't differ between good and evil? No direction where he wants to go in life? Could very well be the case. He used to be a construction worker in the age of science, and he has this special love for animals. This maybe because he was brought up with animals around him in the jungle. He saved a kitten from the rubble one time in the cartoon, regardless of any risks.
Cindarr is easily wound up into thinking of what is the right way to do things, which are the wrong things to do actually. You could tell any old story and he would believe you. Lexor liked to tease him about the others thinking he was stupid, and end up he becomes misleaded by Lexor, who picks on him just for the sake of picking on someone, as he can boss no one else around. Cindarr, along with Mortdredd is one of the nicest Darkling Lords!
