The Charmed Ones sacrafice their lives everyday for the greater good. This tends to be a 24/7 job. So it's no secret that their personal life tends to suck most of the time. However, there have been some men to come into the sister's lives. So were good, and some were really, really bad!
Prue's Loves
Andy Trudeau: Andy and Prue knew each other since they were young. He was a friend of the family. They dated through high school as well. When Prue found out she was a witch she wanted to know how Andy would react. So she cast a Truth Spell. When she confronted him about it, he didn't handle it very well. Luckily, he didn't remember the conversation and Prue decided to keep her secret a secret. Eventually, Andy did find out. Prue and her sisters seemed to be at several crime scenes, and all of the cases went unsolved. After learning their secret, he understood what was happening. Unfortunately, a demon caught on to this and targeted Andy. In the end, Andy ended up being killed. Prue blaimed herself for a long time.
Jack: Prue's next boyfriend was Jack. Buckland's (the auction house where Prue worked) came under new management. The new boss paired Jack and Prue together. So after working together they started dating. In one episode, she thought that Jack might be a warlock. She saw him one place and then a moment later she saw him somewhere else (she thought he blinked, like a warlock). She later found out that it was his twin. She enjoyed Jack's company, but after Piper's encounter with Aurora Fever, Prue quit her job and decided that she and Jack should just be friends.

Bane:Prue had a quick romance with this guy named Bane. He was hired to have the Charmed Ones killed; however, Prue posed as the hitwoman and stopped that plan. In a later episode, he kidnapped Prue so that she could help him. She liked him a lot, but I think he ended up in jail.
Piper's Loves
Leo Wyatt: Leo posed as a handyman at first, (before the sisters found out he was their whitelighter) but he was "geographically undesirable." Before (and after) Piper knew who he was, he kept having to leave. His whitelighter duties made it hard for him to be able to spend time with Piper. In addition to that, a relationship between a whitelighter and his charge was forbidden. So eventually, he had to go away.
Dan: Piper met Dan at the beginning of the second season. She was still upset that Leo was gone, but Dan was a very sweet guy. They were pretty happy together until she got Aurora Fever. When the spell wore off and she died, it was Leo who brought her back. As she was waking up, she called Leo's name while Dan was right there. After saving Piper, the Elders punished Leo by temporarily suspending him, which basically made him human. Eventually, Piper left Dan and went back to Leo.
Leo: Once again, they were back together. They wanted to get married but it was against the rules. They tried to get married anyway and the Elders took Leo away (where they took him, no one knows). They finally sent him back, but he and Piper were on a sort of probabtion. They had to prove that their relationship would not interfere with their work in order to get married. Luckily they did and they got married and (after much trying) they had a baby, Wyatt Matthew Hailliwell.
Phoebe's Loves
Cole: This is a really long story, but I will try to shorten it. Phoebe met Cole thinking he was a District Attorney. What she didn't know was that he was the demon Belthezor (a half human, half demon-demon that was legendary). He was working on an elaborate scheme to bring the Charmed One's down. Unfortunately (for him) his human half fell in love with Phoebe. His love stopped him from killing her and her sisters. After some time, Phoebe found out Cole was a demon (he had tried to kill one of them and he was injured; when Phoebe came to visit him he was still injured so she had Leo heal him; he only healed his human side; she connected the dots). When they found him out, he kidnapped Phoebe. She was supposed to vanquish him but she was too in love, so she staged his death and let him go.
Phoebe secretly met with Cole, who was on the run from other demons being after him (apparently passing up an opportunity to kill the Charmed Ones was not taken lightly). She didn't tell anybody that she let Cole go. Finally, the guilt won out and she told Leo, and eventually Prue and Piper. They were upset, but they had to accept it. Cole was somewhat welcomed in their home until the demons coming for him became to much. Phoebe found a way to strip him of his demonic powers and he was completely human.
After Prue died, Cole stayed with Phoebe. He even got a job with Paige (he got fired that same day). Later in the season, the Source unleashed the Hollow (a magical force that consumes all magic; good or evil). The Seer (an upper-level demon) convinced Cole that the only way to save Phoebe was to absorb the Hollow. He did and the sister's finally vanquished the Source. They put the Hollow back and thought all was well. When in all actuality, Cole had absorbed the Source's powers.
Even though he was the Source, Cole's human side was very strong and he could not ignore his affection for Phoebe. He and the Seer set up many evil plots including: Cole marrying Phoebe in an evil way, them conceiving an evil child, and even getting Phoebe to come to the dark side and become the Queen of the Underworld. Well, Cole made the mistake of killing an innocent and that sent Piper and Paige after him. At the time, she was with Cole and trying to maintain a relationship with her sisters. So now she had to choose: Cole or her sisters. In the end she chose her sisters and they vanquished Cole. They still had the evil Source baby inside of her to deal with. Longer story short: Seer kidnapped Phoebe, transferred the extremely evil baby to herself, became the Source, trapped the sisters in a cage, tried to kill them, and it ended up backfiring and killing whole mess of demons. So, they had vanquished the Source, again.
WHEW!! As if that wasn't enough, the man wasn't completely dead. He had been sent to the demonic wasteland, where his human half was still hanging on to life. In the demonic wasteland, demons that are vanquished pass through this plane and a creature eats their evil powers. So Cole was in this place with a bunch of free powers hanging around, so he started grabbing them. He managed to get out of the Underworld and swore to make Phoebe his again. He gained several new powers and spent the next season trying to prove to Phoebe that he was good. Phoebe, on the other hand, was trying to move on. She went and filed for divorce. Cole showed up and messed that up, Phoebe then found out about his dozens of powers. She told him to stay away from her.
Finally, Cole basically lost his mind and decided that if Phoebe wouldn't come willingly, he would force her. He set up a bunch of stuff to happened that led the sisters to him, he forced them to vanquish him, but unfortunately, all of his powers had basically made him invincible. He ended up making a deal with this group of demons and turned back time to an alternate reality where Paige wasn't born, Piper was a demon hunter, and Phoebe was his wife. This reality didn't work so well. Paige found Phoebe and Piper and together they vanquished Cole, who could be vanquished because in that reality, he had normal Source powers. So, FINALLY, Cole was gone! JEEEEZ THAT WAS LONG!!

Jason:This is Phoebe's most current love interest. Jason is her boss. At first, she didn't really like him, but eventually they ended up hitting it off pretty well. Earlier this season (season six) she and Jason moved to Japan. He became really suspicious of all of the family emergencies and oddity. Unfortunately, he ended up finding out about Phoebe and her sisters being witches. He said he still loved her, but apparently Phoebe (being an empath) knew that it would never be the same. So they are basically hiatus for now.
Paige's Loves
Glenn: This was one of Paige's oldest friends. He came to visit her once she moved in with Piper and Phoebe. Unfortunately, he came at a time when they were having a crisis and ended up getting involved. Paige had to explain to him everything, and he agreed to keep it a secret. The next season, Glenn came back to visit. Paige was excited to see him until she found out he was getting married. Around this time, a witch doctor had cast a spell of obsessions of the sisters, so Paige was now obsessed with getting married. She kidnapped Glenn's fiance, Jessica, and took to a ledge in the Underworld. She then cast a glamour and disguised herself as Jessica and tried to marry Glenn. Luckily, Leo stopped her. She later apologized to Jessica and Glenn.

Richard: Richard is from a magical family, which is good because it eliminated the secret of Paige being a witch. She actually met Richard while helping him. His family and another magical family had been feuding for years resulting in several deaths. The sisters helped their families to resolve their problems and Richard and Paige continued to talk. Recently, Paige has been worried that Richard is getting back into magic, which for him, is not a good thing. But he is trying to prove that he can do magic and not be corrupted by it.
