The program content consists of a huge variety of speech and music programs in the English language. The speech includes Welsh news, sport, affairs, entertainment and phone-ins. The music can be anything from chart to classical. Some of it includes exclusives from English singing Welsh bands.

FM: Range from 93.9 MHz to 95.9 MHz across most of Wales and 103.7 MHz in Merthyr Tydfil and 103.9 MHz in Cardiff.

AM: 882 kHz in South Wales, North West Wales and Anglesey, 657 kHz in Wrexham and North East Wales and 1125 kHz in Mid Wales.

DAB: On ‘Capital Cardiff and Newport’ multiplex on frequency block 11C.
