Welcome to the thoughts and dreams of NuHalos. We are not a cult nor are we a religion, but rather a belief that we are placed on this earth to do something positive to the environment as well as the many creatures that inhibit our beautiful world. We don’t have to change our whole lives to make a difference but we can do little things to help out. If one person can make a difference then imagine what a whole world of people can do if we unite together as one. And so with this thought is the creation of the NuHalos. It is our belief that we can live our lives in a more loving and respectful way. To show love to our environment, we can do simple things like switch to environmentally safe cleaners (click here for more information) or walk to the store that is five blocks away rather than jumping in your car to always get to your destination. By helping our environment we are also helping the millions of animals that live wild in our countries and oceans. Also, millions of helpless animals are tortured through physical pain, neglect, and starvation each year and we need to teach others that animals feel and that we need to stop unnecessary suffering for all. Last but not least, far too many people die each day from preventable diseases and unnecessary neglect. Each day North American’s throw away hundreds of thousands of pounds of food while others don’t have enough to eat and it’s time that we do something about it. Far too many people live on the street due to the lack of fundings that our government could be providing to help out with affordable living. For a so-called civilized society, this doesn’t seem all that civilized to us. We really can help out and now is as good of a time as ever. Donate to your local charities, buy an extra can of fruit or a package of spaghetti the next time you are grocery shopping and put it in the food bank bin at the store, spare a dollar or two once in a while, pick up a piece of garbage, report neighbors who are neglecting or mistreating their pet, smile at a stranger passing you by on the street.. all of these little things will add up to a big difference.
