Frosted Grapes and Honeyed Apples

1 large bunch of grapes (love and abundance)

1 egg white (fertility and protection)

1/2 Cup of Sugar (love)

6 apples (love and lust)

lemon juice (protection)

Water

Honey (love)

Serving Platter

Divide grapes into small clusters of about four or five grapes each.  Put egg white into a small bowl.

Whip until frothy but not stiff.  Put sugar into another bowl.  Dip each grape cluster first into the egg

white, then into sugar, shaking off excess sugar.  Put grapes on paper towel to dry.  Arrange grapes in

the center of the platter.  Just before serving core apples, cut into slices.  Arrange them in a circle around

 the grapes. Sprinkle with a mixture of lemon juice and water to keep the apples from turning brown.

  Serve with honey.
