Past Lives!
Reincarnation – When a body dies and the soul exits and begins to come back within another form. Progress and growth in previous life reflect on the next return.
Each time that a soul is reincarnated there are lessons that it must learn to go on to the next level of existence. Ever notice some young people who seem very wise for their age? Their souls have been reincarnated many times. At the same time you may know some older people who seem very immature or childlike. These are newer souls who will be reincarnated many times.
The Yin and Yang symbolizes reincarnation. The white half is the time that we spend in the spiritual; the black half is the physical time that we spend. These two halves together make one cycle. This circle is everlasting, never ending. The small white circle inside he black half is the soul existing within the physical part of life. The black circle inside the white half is the events in the physical life that can add to our soul’s growth.
Ask yourself some questions and please keep an open mind. If you can answer any of these as yes, then they can provide some clues to reincarnation.

Now, keep a journal. Start it by writing a story, a fictitious one, about yourself. Imagine being in a different period of time, different place on earth (or even elsewhere). Try to imagine every detail of that life. Ask yourself the following questions to help better relate your story. Be creative now and don’t worry if things are historically accurate. Remember, this is YOUR story.
Are you female or male?
What kind of occupation do you have?
What kind of clothes are you wearing?
What kind of house do you live in and what kind of furniture do you have?
What are your daily activities like?
What are the customs and laws of this time like?
Are you married and if so do you have children? If not, then why?
What kind of religion do you practice and what are the main religions of this time period?
Can you describe any religious or non-religious holidays, celebrations, etc?
