Whenever I made a website, I always needed help making graphics because I didn't have a graphic making program. Then I always had to a) feel bad about not being able to do nothing in return for the person; b) pay them; or c) never get it because they said they would make me something, and never did.
So I found a way to make it so you don't have to go through that. You just simply follow my Rules and I'll make you some free, good quality graphics. And I will get them to you.
