Professor McGonagall

Professor Minerva McGonagall is the teacher of Transfiguration at Hogwarts. She is also the Deputy Headmistress and head of the Gryffindor house. She is very strict, but she is very just and fair. She is also in charge of Sorting new students into their houses.









Harry and Ron walk into Transfiguration class late, talking about how awful it would be if Professor McGonagal caught them. Just as they say that, she springs up from a cat sitting on her desk.









She is waiting for the new students to arrive.
