Actually, this one is their Muggle aliases Emma Watson and Tom Felton. Tom looks a lot like Aaron Carter in this picture. Maybe a spell backfired and Harry and Ron got turned into dogs. Or maybe they got hairs for the Polyjuice potion off of Crabbe and Goyle's robes instead.
