  Quilters Harvest 2006 Entry Rules
1. Entry fees: $3 for first item, $1 for each additional item.  Fee includes
admission to show.  One entry per number per person.  Each entrant
must use separate entry form.  Entries may be limited to first 175 received.
2. Quilts must be brought to the Fort Atkinson Army National Guard Armory at
420 Bark River Drive, Fort Atkinson, corner of Whitewater Avenue (Hwy 12), on
Thursday, Oct.19 between 3pm and 6pm.  Special arrangements can be made
by contacting Nancy Hoerter at 608-423-4067.
3. Quilted items should be entered in the category of the technique that
predominates. 
4. Show committee reserves the right to accept, reject or reclassify entries.
5. All quilts are required to have sleeves for hanging.  The sleeve should be 3"
deep, the width of the quilt, ideally 80" from the bottom of the quilt.  Pillows
should have plastic rings for hanging.
6. Items must  be totally made by the entrant, except for the group category.
7. Soiled items will be disqualified.
8. All names on entries should be covered.
9. Items entered in previous Fort Atkinson Piecemakers quilt shows will be
ineligible.
10. Reasonable care will be taken to prevent loss or damage to entrant's property,
however, entrant agrees not to hold the Fort Atkinson Piecemakers Quilt Guild
or the Fort Atkinson Army National Guard responsible for any and all liability
arising from any or all damage and loss to entrant's property.
11. A NQA certified judge will do the judging.
12. Quilts must be picked up between 3:15pm and 4pm on Sunday. Oct. 22,
2006.  Special arrangements must be made prior to the show if you are not
able to pick up your quilt at this time.  Claim check must be shown when
picking up quilts.
13. Signature on entry form implies acceptance of above rules.  Entries will not be
accepted without signature.
