"Hurry up Josh!" Justin called out to his trailing husband. The blonde waddled and continued to chastise. "I'm the one carrying a wide load and yet you still take too long." Justin complained as he trudged his way forward toward a prime spot.
The couple was celebrating the Fourth of July by themselves. The pair rented a private home and was away from their family and friends. It seemed ever since Justin announced that the engaged couple was expecting their first baby, people could not get enough of the two. So they planned a holiday weekend to themselves. Away from pestering soon to be in-laws, over concerned friends and exuberant fan mail, forever congratulating them and offering baby names.
The Long Island town had an annual fireworks display and the couple were going to watch from their big secluded backyard. Justin was hell-bent on finding the perfect spot by twilight when the fireworks spectacle began.
"You know, honey," Joshua grunted from the heavy weight in his hands. "You could carry something as well." He stopped to catch his breath and hiked the food-laden basket up under his arm.
Justin turned his head to glare at his fiancée, "You have a lot of nerve asking me to carry something. Here I am lugging this baby for nine months, slowly breaking my spine one inch at a time." Justin grumbled and rubbed his seven months pregnant stomach. He tried to slap at a firefly as he stood in front of the other man.
"I know baby and I'm very grateful you are carrying my child. I meant in no way to imply that you weren't doing your share," he placated. "But look at me." He pleaded. "I'm damn near buried under all of this." And by this, he meant the basket, two fold out chairs, blanket, a grocery bag full of Roman candles and Justin's heavy duty bag which weighed a ton.
Justin grinned sheepishly and held out his hand to the older man. Joshua sweated even more but caught up to his love. "Didn't mean to harp baby. Sometimes my emotions get out of control." Justin went to hold Josh's hand but since they were occupied, he settled for playing with the older man's t-shirt.
"That I can attest to," JC said in a playful manner though he really was serious.
"I can help you there, baby," Justin offered and smiled. He pulled the rolled red flannel blanket out from under Josh's armpit, atop the picnic basket, kissed the astonished man on the lips and turned to search for their spot.
JC watched the love of his life walk away from him with only the blanket. "Unbelievable," he muttered under his breath and continued to trail the younger man.
"Found it!" Justin announced with glee. It was pretty far out from their three bedroom summerhouse, a good distance from the ten-foot tall tree lined security fence and a clear view of the multicolored sky. Justin bent to spread the blanket out while his fiancée trudged with his load.
Josh was a little out of breath but still managed to whistle at the view. "Nice ass," he growled and happily dropped everything he had in his hold onto the grass.
Justin smoothed the blanket out and wiggled his backside for good measure. "Thanks. It's the reason why I'm pregnant today." He crooned.
Joshua slapped him lightly on the bottom. He left to sort out the pile he left on the grass. "You know this is a good spot. We'll have to come here some time again." JC said as he unfolded the canvas and wood chairs. He quickly set one at the corner of the blanket for Justin knowing the man didn't like to be on his feet for too long.
Justin happily sunk down in the cloth seat and sighed. "Ah thank you baby. Pass one of those candles over here."
JC smiled toothily and handles the man the plastic bags. "Here you go. How about you light them up and I'll set them about the blanket?" Justin nodded and took the bag. "Let me see what's in this bag you brought here..."
"No, no, no. That's a surprise." Justin called out and smiled.
Josh shrugged and then went to place the wicker picnic basket onto the blanket. "Okay. I'll just rest it next to the basket."
Justin took out a long glass encased giant candle and lit it with a lighter. "Here you go Josh. Next time can we get a variety of colors? You and your pink are getting sickening." He handed him the first Roman candle and went to start on another one.
Josh placed it close to Justin's chair, outside the blanket. "You must be having a girl then."
"How do you figure?" Justin handed him another lighted candle.
"You keep complaining about anything that is a hint of girly. You complained about pink and the pretty peach lace bed set in the guest room and Charlie's Angels on TV. You're snappy to the lady in the supermarket. You bitch about all things feminine. You, sir, are having a girl." JC set the candle by a different corner.
Justin lit yet another pink candle. "Your argument is weak. And that could mean that I'm having a boy. Besides, girls are too much fuss. All pink and girly and shit. No, a boy can be handled quite well. Girls are trouble."
Joshua smiled a knowing smile. "It’s a girl." JC playfully took the lit candle away from Justin's hand and kissed the back of it.
Justin snorted. "Whatever." He took another candle out of the shopping bag and proceeded to light it.
The two worked together and spread the lighted giant candles around their spot, giving their selected area a warm, romantic glow. They smiled at the work. "Hey," Josh reminded his glowing man, "Don't forget that we came to eat."
"Forget to eat?" Justin snorted once again. "You must be fucking crazy. First take a picture of me with the pretty lights and then we can dig in." He ordered.
"But I don't have a camera."
"Oh," Justin stretched out in his chair and grabbed the cloth bag. "But I do." He searched and found his digital camera. "Here you go. Make sure the belly's really showing because we want this for our baby scrap book."
Josh grinned and looked through the peephole in the camera. "Not a problem. You look all sexy and swollen."
Justin grimaced. "Are you trying to say I'm fat?"
"No! Your belly is swollen and sexy." He tried to right his wrong though he never meant it in that context.
"So I'm big and sexy? Like fat?" Justin wanted to know.
JC sighed and slapped an open palm to his forehead. "Your stomach is swollen with my child. I like it. I love it. I love what we created."
Justin raised an eyebrow. "Are you sweet talking me?"
"It depends. Is it working?" Josh wiggled his eyebrows comically.
“It always does baby. Now come take a picture.” Justin posed like the natural that he became. But instead of the fake and money selling grins he perfected for millions, he gave his lover a smile that seemed to glow from within. The pregnant man opened his hands over his mound and beamed with pure love.
Josh quickly snapped away. The low late afternoon sun making a wonderful background for the pictures. He moved around the stationary man and clicked away. Justin’s grin got wider and wider as JC took more pictures. For the last one, JC held the camera away from him as he laid his head on Justin’s belly and captured the moment.
JC and Justin giggled and kissed each other briefly. When JC pulled away, Justin pinched his nose “Hey let’s eat now. I’m hungry. I smelled you barbequing from the bedroom earlier this afternoon and I can’t wait to see what you grilled.” Justin rubbed his belly in anticipation.
JC kneeled back on the blanket and went to open the basket he packed. He pulled out two paper plates and cups. He handed one of each to his fiancée and along with plastic cutlery. “You’re going to love this baby. I have to admit I sampled a bit.”
“Well that’s okay. I sneak food out of your plate all the time when you’re not looking. I guess we’re even,” Justin winked. JC mischievously stuck his middle finger at the blonde. “Hey, don’t stick a finger up unless you plan to use it.”
“I’ll keep that in mind.” He placed the closed containers on the blanket until he cleared out the wicker basket. “Okay, close your eyes baby.” Justin complied and waited. JC took off the colored tops off the containers and shouted “Voila!”
Justin opened his eyes with a happy smile but quickly closed his eyes, reopened them again and frowned. “You’ve got to be kidding me. Where’re the burgers?”
Joshua chuckled, “There are none.” He swung his open containers of grilled vegetables merrily.
“Hot dogs?” He begged.
“Nope.”
Justin asked in shock, “Chicken? Please let there be chicken?” The expectant man pleaded.
He shook his head. “Nah. No meat at all.”
“No meat! JC, where is it? Back at the house? Want me to go get it?” Justin was not kidding.
“No, sweetie. There is no meat whatsoever. You remember when we visited the doctor? He said to eat healthy? Well I made another trip to the super market this morning and bought every vegetable imaginable. I figured if you had to eat healthy, we’d both eat healthy. Try some of the grilled squash, it’s delish!”
“Get the fuck out of here! I’m not eating any of this shit. You have all the grilled salad you want. I want real food not bird food. And stop swinging that damn bowl in my face. I swear that I’ll knock that shit to the ground!” Justin fumed and stuck out his bottom lip.
“But I grilled this all afternoon and inhaled twenty pounds of charcoal ash.” Joshua explained and bit down on a piece of butternut squash.
“Of course you inhaled a lot of ash. You were grilling fucking celery sticks and squash! There’s no meat sizzling back. No juices, no fucking succulence! Shit!” Justin looked away from his boyfriend and his eyes settled on his bag. He damn near came in his pants he was so happy.
“You know what? Fine you don’t have to eat it. I’ll have fucking vegetables till I burst.” JC folded his legs under him and went to his celery container to pull out a grilled stick.
Justin rolled his eyes at the sight and hefted himself out of the chair. He waddled to where his bag was and lugged it back to his seat.
“Hey what’s in there?” JC asked as he noshed on a slice of tomato.
“Real food,” Justin bit back as he unzipped the bag and pulled out a turkey and cheese hero, heavy with the salt, pepper and vinegar and light on the vegetables- lettuce only.
“Is that a sandwich? When did you get one of those?” He stopped chewing on his zucchini sliver.
“You mean two of those. You forgot we went shopping for real food yesterday. I even have a bag of salt and vinegar chips. I might be willing to forgive you and hand over a sub and chips if you’ll kindly close those abominable grilled vegetables and come over here.” Justin told the man on the blanket.
“Extra salt and pepper?” He gulped and tried to swallow the dry vegetable.
“Yep. And a triple chocolate fudge cake with chocolate chips. Oh and I have macaroni salad in a thermos and Pepsi. Oh and cheese crackers and pretzel sticks and…”
The more Justin told Josh the contents of his bag, the more his healthy food looked unappetizing. “I’m sorry. Pass a hero?” He asked hopefully.
Justin pulled another foot long out of his bag and handed the wrapped sandwich to his fiancée. “ I forgive you, babes. You know not the error of your ways.” Justin opened the giant bag of potato chips and offered it to the brunette.
The two ate and when Justin swallowed his first bite of sandwich, the baby gave him a kick. “That’s right, kid.” Justin cooed to his unborn child. “That’s real food down there. Your Papa looks out for you.”
“You could still try to have a celery stick or something, you know. It wouldn’t kill you.”
Justin sighed. “Fine. Give me a carrot stick. I’ll hurry up and eat it with a sandwich and cover up the taste.” Justin took a grilled carrot, put it aside the hero and bite them into them simultaneously.
“You’re terrible.” Joshua dug his hand into the potato chip bag and stuffed a handful into his mouth
“No that would be the cake. It’s terribly full of chocolate and sinful.” The pregnant man licked his lips.
After Justin finished his hero and half of Josh’s, they had their dessert. Justin let out a resounding burp much to Joshua’s disgust. “The fireworks won’t start for probably another hour,” JC pointed out.
“You’re right. That’s why I have a game for us to play.”
JC was intrigued. “Oh yeah? What kind of game?”
Justin smirked lustily, “A fun one. So how about it?”
Joshua pretended to mull over it. “Hmm…sure okay. I’ll pretend with you. Who do I have to be? A doctor? A fireman, what?”
“Oh we’ll role play but it’ll be a little different then that. I want us to pretend that we have never met before.”
Joshua looked directly at Justin’s expecting tummy. “A little too late for that, don’t you think?”
Justin kissed his teeth and waved his hands in the air. “Do you want to play or what?”
“I’ll play. I’ll play. What do I have to do?” Then he looked at the stomach again. “Are you sure? Because we can play lost jungle man and the civilized pregnant man and I'll attack you from behind just how you like it."
"No." Justin had to quickly add, "But do keep that in mind for next time." He winked. "No, pretending that we met for the first time is what we're going to play. You're going to walk back to the house and then come back here and have to introduce yourself all proper like and," Justin rubbed his hands together in anticipation, "this is going to be so much fun. Now go." He pointed to the brunette as if he were banished from a royal table. JC shrugged and followed along with the Missus, that's what he liked to call Justin in his head.
JC walked back and waited for five minutes at the back of the house and walked back. He wondered during his short walk why in the hell did he need to walk back to the house while they could have started after Justin told him his plans but his lover was weird like that sometimes. And he loved it.
So when Josh finally came in close vicinity to the blanket his first thought was how in the hell did Justin lower himself on the blanket to sit down and his back was going to be overworked in pulling his soon to be husband off of the flannel cloth.
He walked closer but before he got next to Justin, the blonde looked him in the face and stared at him as if he were a stranger "Hello," Justin called out in a meek voice.
"Hey," Josh smiled.
"Are you lost?" Justin stared at him with wide blue eyes.
Oh-Kay. "Um, I guess I am?" JC asked weirdly.
"Oh well you could sit with me and try to figure out where you're going." He patted a spot right next to his expectant body.
"Thanks. Are you sure you don't mind?" He was getting into his role. If Justin wanted to pretend that they were strangers then that's just what Josh was going to give him.
"I guess not. I mean I was waiting for my lover but he never came," he briefly pouted and rubbed his stomach. You looked into Josh's eyes and smiled. "I'm sorry. Where are my manners?" He held out his hand for the other man to shake. "My name is Justin. It's nice to meet you."
JC quickly shook the proffered hand and then kissed the back of it. "And my name is Joshua. I hope I am a good replacement for your lover." Josh looked coyly into the pregnant man's eyes. "Well for now that is." He winked.
Justin had the nerve to blush. "Oh no Mr. Joshua. You're doing quite fine."
"And so are you." He purred.
Justin gulped loudly and placed his hands on his round tummy. "You're flirting with me?" He batted his eyelashes three times and then looked from under them.
JC placed a finger under the younger man's chin. "With someone who looks as delicious as you, how can I not?"
Justin looked down and played with the hem of his t-shirt. "I...I'm...I have coffee cake. It's my fiancée’s favorite. Would you like a slice?" Justin took a hand off his shirt and pulled out the pastry from behind him. He had also had it in his emergency bag.
"I'd love a slice." Josh smirked sinuously, "And some cake too."
Justin's hand shook as he cut into the cake. "I'm not supposed to be flirting with other men. My boyfriend wouldn't like it." Justin briefly looked at JC with lust in his eyes and then just as rapidly looked back down to lift out a piece of cake.
"Hmm. Where is he now? Not here with his beautiful love, I can tell you that." JC held out a hand and dragged it lightly down Justin's front. Justin couldn't help but to shudder in response.
"No, he is not." Justin quickly put the cake slice on a paper plate and handed it to the older man. It was twilight and just as predicted the first firework burst in the air, casting off vibrant green embers.
Josh looked at Justin the entire time as he quivered from his direct perusal. "The fireworks are lovely, don't you think Justin?" He asked in a silky tone.
Justin nodded and stuffed some cake into his mouth. Josh had to admit, his fiancée was one hell of an actor. He had to almost remind himself that he was in fact his fiancée and he knew Justin. "Yes they are." Justin squeaked as JC rubbed his leg against Justin's that was laid out in front of him.
Another firework that zipped and exploded in the sky was a combination of blue and white leaving a prolonged afterglow, which lit up Justin’s face even more. "But not as lovely as you. No where close to you." JC dumped his empty plate, he really did love coffee cake, into the picnic basket and took Justin's as well. He crawled and hovered over the pregnant man.
"Joshua?" Justin breathed out as he stared into the blue-silver eyes directly in front of him. "What are you doing?"
"I'm doing what you're too scared to do. I saw how you looked at me," he purred and licked Justin's cheek.
Justin tilted his face to give the man more access and then quickly drew it back. "I can't do this. I told you. I have a boyfriend and he wouldn't like this."
Josh arched an eyebrow. "No?" He smirked and grabbed Justin's crotch. "But I think that you do."
Justin sighed and thrust into the improper touch. "But I...I shouldn't..." He couldn't think straight.
Josh put his lips against Justin's and said, "Shh. Don't worry Justin." He gently pushed the man to lie back, to which Justin complied. "Let me take care of this and you." He whispered against his lips and then moved into kiss the man.
Joshua placed an arm on each side of Justin careful to put most of his weight there as he laid on top of the man. Justin moaned from under him and rubbed his middle against the man, tickling Joshua's abs with his protruding belly button. JC was extremely ticklish there so he could not help but to giggle as he laved Justin's sweet mouth.
"Joshua?" Justin breathed out.
"Yes Justin?" He was a little unsure if he and his fiancée were still playing.
"I have lube in my bag over there." He pointed to the corner of the blanket where his chair stood. "I'd love to have you inside me. If it was just for this one time, please?" Justin stared at Josh and when the next firework burst into the air, Josh watched as his eyes lit up, showing all of the lust and love in the orbs.
"Definitely not a problem there Justin." Josh quickly removed himself from Justin and walked to the bag. He stripped out of his t-shirt on the way and unbuttoned his fly. He opened the bag, turning his back to Justin, held the bag closer to a candle and searched. When he finally found the bottle, he turned around to see Justin.
His mouth almost fell to the grass.
Justin stripped in warp speed. He laid on the blanket, belly and erection sticking up in the air and was cast in candlelight. He looked liked a golden sacrifice. Beautiful and serene, with a hand lying on his stomach full with child. JC dropped the bottle of lube and then remembered that this was his for the taking. And like seven months ago, he was going to take it.
Joshua stepped out of his pants and went to the man. He placed the lube next to Justin and another firework burst in the air. This one was golden which seemed fitting to JC. The light lit up the area around them and the dusky sky.
Justin looked at Josh in awe. "You're exquisite. Please take me? Touch me. Love me." Justin smiled quietly and waited.
He did not have to wait long. JC knelt over Justin's legs, kissing each of Justin's nipples but quickly bringing himself to his fave part of Justin's new body- his swollen stomach.
He licked the light colored seam dividing Justin's stomach in halves from the beginning, over the raised belly button and then down to the end. He whispered an "I love you" to their unborn child and made his descent to Justin's extended member. He smirked at the cock. "I love you too," he said in a hushed tone.
"Oh God," Justin cried out as JC breathed onto his arousal.
"No, not quite." And then JC engulfed the weeping head into his mouth. Relearning the sweet, salty taste that could only be described as Justin. He kept on hand on his lover's belly and the other on the base of the shaft. He sucked the head as if it were candy and began to move further down, slowly taking each inch in.
Justin opened his eyes at the new sensations and watched as sparkles and glittery lights streamed across the sky. He would never forget this moment in his life. It was too perfect not to. "Josh," he moaned.
Joshua had the entire shaft in his mouth, deep throating the pulsating member and laving it the best he could. Justin opened his legs even further after feeling himself being sucked in. JC felt a fluttering under his hand and he looked up from his job to stare at the belly in front of him. It was a wonder and a miracle to know that he and Justin made that. He felt Justin tightening under him and he felt that was enough for the both of them.
He raised his slender hand up, past Justin’s hip and rounded middle to the bottle of lubricant.
The pregnant man exclaimed “Pillow” before JC opened the retrieved bottle.
“What?” The longer curly haired asked. He fingered Justin’s balls and basked in the man’s reaction. Another firework blazed in the air, this time bathing them in a silver light.
“There’s a pillow in your chair. I put it there,” Justin gasped and pushed upward into the man’s hand. Justin looked into the sky, which was alight with purple sparkling stars.
JC looked at his designated foldout chair and noticed the fluffy mound for the first time. He sheepishly looked down at the man underneath. “Oops. Never saw it. How about I get it for you Justin?” He didn’t wait for an answer. He rose from the displayed body and stood to get the cushion. His erect cock bobbed when he rushed to get the pillow. He dropped to his knees and crawled the distance toward the other man. He slid the pillow under the succulent cheeks and set his sights on the lube.
“Jesus Josh I need you,” Justin whimpered. He knew what was to come and couldn’t wait.
The other man flipped the cap and poured the silky liquid into his open palm. Josh rubbed his hands together. He placed a gentle finger at Justin’s opening and nudged in. He used his other hand and palmed himself. Josh added another finger into the warm crevice, widening the pucker. He stopped scissoring his fingers to concentrate on playing with the angry red cock.
“Hey, hey, hey.” Justin stared into the other man’s eyes with dire need. “Don’t forget me.” Another firework resounded in the air, this time leaving pink sparkles in the air and bathing them in a romantic colored glow.
“I could never.” Josh added three fingers, rotating and rolling his fingers inside the pregnant man.
“And don’t forget to wear a condom. I don’t want to get pregnant.” Justin said without a hint of humor on his face but his eyes shone with it and bespoke his joke.
Josh nipped the jutting navel and smirked at Justin’s moan. He snatched the bottle of lube and poured some more into his hands. He lathered his erection and then lined himself. “Ready?”
“Always.” He breathed out. Multiple fireworks burst in the air. The afterglow lasted longer than the others. When Josh looked into Justin’s eyes, his aquamarine eyes looked luminous. Justin couldn’t help but to curl his toes.
And Josh pushed in smoothly. He pushed in with care and was gentle as a lamb. He didn’t move at first wanting Justin to adjust at his intrusion. When Justin’s extended abdomen pushed into Josh’s flat stomach, the older man knew the blonde was ready. Josh pulled out and pushed in again, going slow. Justin wrapped his hands around Josh’s ass. He squeezed and pulled when JC went deeper inside of him.
“A little faster,” Justin begged and wrapped his legs around Josh the best he could. He pushed Josh’s ass wanting the stiff dick as deep as it could be.
Josh kissed the moaning man’s lips and sucked on his lips, alternating each lip as he sucked. He worked his way in further. He brought his forearms to lay aside Justin’s neck. He put his weight into them and plowed attentively into his fiancée.
The couple heard another boom but assumed that it was another round of fireworks. Justin opened his eyes into slits wanting to watch the darkening sky lit with fire bursts. Instead tiny drops fell from the sky. JC stopped grinding into the man when he felt the steady drizzling water drops falling on his back. The water wasn’t cold but warm.
“Don’t stop,” Justin moaned and slithered his hand up and down the man’s back. He squeezed his walls around the piercing appendage. Josh restarted his hips again and groaned as Justin squeezed his muscles around his cock.
The tiny drops didn’t extinguish the candles and the fireworks weren’t zipping through the air anymore. The only sounds were made from them and their lovemaking. Josh slid out and pierced in again this time jabbing Justin’s prostate. Josh kept working that angle. He was close to coming as well. Justin’s ass gripped his cock tighter and tighter as he quickened his pace against the pleasure spot.
Justin grasped onto Joshua’s back and cried out, “Josh!” His cock spurted out come all over their groins and lower half of his pregnant tummy.
Joshua, with the help of sensations under and surrounding him, came with an intensity he never breached before. He looked with tears welling in his eyes, “I love you.” He said, spurting his seed inside Justin.
Justin sighed and quivered underneath him, “And I love you too.” The two intertwined as they rode out their orgasms, the warm rain soothing and wetting their backs. The two men interweaved their hands and breathed each other in, while Joshua was still inside Justin, their baby fluttering inside the womb.
“Happy Fourth.” Joshua whispered.
The End
