Jaime Wood brings us this amazing cookbook filled with delicious recipes with a taste from the Middle Ages. Before each recipe, we can read some lore about the ingredients, its origins and common uses.
The book stars with an introduction to the relation between cooking and magic and has a chapter about Growing and suing Herbs.
Than, we have eight chapters, each one about a Wiccan Sabbath. They are fill with recipes to use on Ritual or just to serve to your family on the Sabbaths.
Tara Seefeldt is responsible for making this book a piece of art. Her drawings are delicious! According to the book content, the black and white drawings transport the reader to an ancient atmosphere, reminding us of the Middle Ages.
This book is more than a Recipe book; it has great content and great illustrations. It is necessary book. Belongs to every Wiccan shelf.
