How ranking works:-
There are 4 levels are ranking, these are graded according to your status in the clan and how good you are at fighting, and ESPECIALLY how well you learn, you could be a level 4 and be a high rank if you learn things fast and well. At the lowest level(lvl) you will be assigned a trainer who will teach you how to become stronger. When they decide that you are good enough to go to the next lvl they will tell you what rank you have become, to go to the next rank you will be tested.
The levels go like this:-
Lowest 4 Apprentice
3 Low level Knight
2 High Level Knight
Highest 1 Lord
