PLEASE REMEMBER THAT WHEN THE NEW RMS FORMS ARE DISSEMINATED THAT WE MUST USE THEIR FORMS INSTEAD. (THOSE FORMS ALTHOUGH THEY ARE IDENTICAL WILL TRANSFER THE INFORMATION DIRECTLY INTO THE RMS SYSTEM AND AVOID RE-ENTRY OF THE INFORMATION BY DATA ENTRY)
The NEW FORMS can be saved to your computer by opening the file and then pressing ALT-F then A and then selecting a location on your Hard Drive.
