Is it easy to become vegan? Honestly? No. At least not at first. It's very difficult to begin with, as you have to learn what you can and cannot eat, which is much more difficult than it may sound. Manufacturers tend to label foods and cosmetics very poorly. They seem to have cottoned on to the idea of vegetarianism and begun to label foods as "suitable for vegetarians", but they seldom label foods as "suitable for vegans". Surely you can just check the ingredients? Yes, but first you have to learn what you can and cannot have, which includes E numbers. However, many things can be found in both animal and plant products, which makes it that little bit harder!
