The Lord of the Rings
J.R.R.Tolkiens Masterpiece and Peter Jackson, who put it on screen in such an excellent way.
Great Actors, beautiful language and wonderful story.
I've seen The Fellowship of the Ring 22times by now, still counting. I love the End of the Movie when Boromir dies. It is just so sad and makes me cry every time I see it.
deals with the death of the Warrior of Gondor. My way to say Goodbye to Boromir..
The
Story of Aragorn and Arwen
was a Birthday Present for my little Pika. Set after tFoR, dealing with the relationship between Aragorn, the King and Arwen, the Elven Maiden.
I saw The Two Towers five times so far and could not consider writing something about it. Don't get me wrong: I like it, the battle scenes were great and the bits with Aragorn and Arwen were such a lovely idea. But it is very different to the books and I hate Peter Jackson for letting Haldir lead the Elven Army and kill him in the End.
Ok, I don't hate him for it. I loved Haldir and the way he was played in the movie. The actor was the perfect choice and to see him in the second part was brilliant. But seeing him die was very hard because it was pure sadness. Excellent camera shots, though.
I wanted to write about his death but couldn't. I read other stories written about Haldirs dying and that is the reason why I didn't do it.
Here are two stories I love and which made me think, I better not write my own.
