Katie of Gryffindor - Loads of brilliant Harry Potter stories. Be warned, all but one are slash.

Kylaia - A few Harry Potter stories. 'Proving Yourself' is a brilliant story about Hermione, a good read.

Stormgullwacker - The muggles revenge is a series style fic, with lots of inserts or own characters. 

Cassandra Claire - author of the Draco Trilogy. Absolutely brilliant author, and the stories are illustrated. You may need to set aside a few good hours to read them though.

Steph-hime - stories by the Webmistress of CoS. Mainly one-shots, a couple of slash and a couple of dark fics.

An Organ of Fire - excellent story featuring the Hermione/Harry ship. Worth a read even if you don't support.

Fanfiction.net - The Harry Potter database at Fanfiction.net. Worth digging around in, your sure to find a fic you like!

Fiction Alley - Specialises in Harry Potter fanfiction. Very likely to find a story you enjoy.
