10 Ways to get happy

• Listen to a song and sing along. I recommend 'You're no the boss of me' by They Might Be Giants
• One word: HUGS!
• Bake something with a friend
• Dance around barefooted in the garden
• Count your blessings, corny, but it works!
• Smile at someone who looks sad
• If it's sunny, eat ice-cream, if it's raining, dance in it!
• Curl up with a friend (a.k.a. Cadbury's Dairy Milk) and watch cartoons or a comedy
• Read something funny- Oscar Wilde or Rowling never fail to make me smile
• Above all, remember this: 'All of us are in the gutter, but some of us are looking up at the stars'
