Briefly describe how you identify your targets and the sales approaches you adopted.

I identified my potential clients by matching their needs with the products that I have. I also look into the consideration of their purchasing power as well as their interest. I try to get the people around me to buy the products and ask them to spread the word of mouth.

The sales approach I used was the push strategies.

 


Describe any one sale you closed that you found particularly difficult .

The product given to sell does not match the criteria of that of my client. Hence is particularly difficult to sell the products as my clients has no particular interest in it. Furthermore, due to the SARS, no new products were launched for us to sell. In addition, the MSC outlets were also temporarily shut down due to the SARS. In conclusion, it is very difficult for me to sell the products to my clients.
