26th St Helens Girl Guides

This is the homepage for the 26th St Helens Guide group.

We meet every Monday, 7.30-9pm, in the Scout and Guide Headquarters, off Ashurst Drive, St Helens, Merseyside. We are currently a group of 13-20 girls, aged between 10 and 15 years, with two leaders and a part-time trainee leader.

At a normal meeting we might:

do crafts or cooking - candle-making, cards, bracelets, sweets, biscuits
play outdoor games either outside the HQ or in Sankey Valley
work towards badges and 'go for its'
have themed evenings like International nights, Outdoor cooking nights, World Issues nights or Games nights

We also go to camp in the Summer and to different activity days throughout the year. We usually go to Church on Thinking Day (23rd February), Remembrance Sunday and St George's day.
