Las Vegas, Nevada is one of the largest adult playgrounds in the world. It is centered around gambling and entertainment. Everything is done on a grand, spectacular scale. As often as you may have seen it on TV or in a movie, there is nothing that prepares you for the first sight of Las Vegas. The skyline is hyper-reality, a mélange of the Statue of Liberty, a giant lion, a pyramid, a Sphinx, and buildings glittering in a rather supernatural way. There's nothing like Las Vegas. In other cities, hotels are built near the attractions. In Vegas, the hotels are the major attractions. Once you visit Vegas, you'll want to come back again. Vegas is not just the casinos with their nonstop action and sound, the almost-blinding lights, or the buildings that look like replicas of Paris, Venice, New York and ancient Egypt. It's not just mountains of food at the buffets, the mass of wedding chapels, or the promise of free money. It's the whole package. It's the megabuck slots. It's Frank and Dino and Sammy. It's Elvis. It's volcanoes and white tigers. It's cocktail waitresses dressed in Roman togas. It's Frank and Dino and Sammy. It's cheesy and sleazy and artificial. It's completely unique.
