Spam (TFC) is an excessive use
of grenades (MIRV's, Emp's) and also includes a
large number of people in one area.

Let me briefly introduce myself. I have been playing
Team Fortress for 2 years, and oh boy have I seen
spam. Spam, a current problem occurs in TFC
servers that allow 32 players in one game. It not only
annoys players in respawn, but it lags a player (high ping).

Crashing a server is reltivaly the same as spamming. You spam, players lag, and server cannot withstand that causing it to give ALL players a high ping. In some situations, the server stops working permanatly.
