Running around waving Hershey’s chocolate bar, screaming incoherently in elation over his newfound treasure. Making this disturbance has attracted the attention of his mother changing her attitude; she has been searching her purse while waiting in line. After moments of trying to control him with verbal commands, she grabs him roughly and slaps him across the face, swipes his candy bar, and places it back on the shelf. She then orders a packet of Salem lights cigarettes, while in the mean time the change of events casts a new cloud over the young child’s day and he begins to sob to himself. The mother after collecting her cigarettes and change from the cashier grabs for the young child’s hand and they promptly exit to their vehicle.
Tuesday-

Subject was waiting to have her Chrysler Town and Country fixed for some unknown reason. Researcher spent a total of atleast 45 minutes with the subject. From the moment the subject entered the room he was domineering and in control. She began by assailing the manager about the high prices for such horrible services. She went to sit down, pulled to chairs out from the wall, placed the facing each other perpendicular to the television set, sat down in one chair in the middle of the waiting area and put her feet up on the chair in front of her. 3 minutes pass and she changes the channel a number of times finally settling on CNN news coverage. She takes out her cell phone and after many answering machines finds someone that is not at work at 10 o'clock in the morning. She begins talking with them in a very loud, boisterous manner for which the researcher can hear like she was talking to him. They discuss gossipy issues like a male named Vinny has recently quit his job and has yet to tell his girlfriend. While Tony was last seen driving around with a woman that was not his significant other. The woman explains that she is at a garage so she can get her car fixed, to be able to put a for sale sign on it in her front yard, to irate her significant other when he arrives home from work. Researchers car was finished at that point and he disembarked.
Wednesday-
4:48 p.m.- Fleet bank, Route 202, New Milford, CT
Caucasian Male ages 55-65, graying with widows peak
Slacks, Button down shirt, Cardigan, suspenders, penny loafers

Subject walks into the bank carrying a Scottish terrier with leash under his arm. Places dog on the floor wraps leash around left wrist and begins to fill out deposit slip. Subject proceeds to first available bank teller, has about a three minutes conversation with the teller before handing her his bankbook, a check, and the deposit slip. Cashier deposits the check, hands the Subject his bankbook back, and signals him to wait. She is momentarily out of sight and the Subject occupies himself by petting his dog. The bank teller returns with a dog treat and feeds it to the mans dog, parting words are exchanged and the Subject walks out to his car.
Thursday-
7:31pm- Big Y, Route 7, New Milford, CT
Caucasian Male ages 25-35, Black hair
Jeans, button down jean shirt, Leather jacket, leather boots, belt, Ponytail, goatee

Researcher randomly stumbles upon this subject while carrying out his own mission for groceries. First encounter in the canned food isle the Subject takes three cans of ravioli and places them in his cart. Next encounter is down the cereal isle; Subject buys one box of Big Y brand Raisin Bran cereal. Final encounter is the checkout line; Researcher is one isle over from Subject waiting. Subject uses unknown coupons, no Big Y card, and pays in cash for the following:
24 pack of Bud light
Creamcheese
Bagels
3 cans of ravioli
1 jar of peanut butter
1 gallon 1% milk
1 bag of pretzels
1 loaf of wheat bread
1/2lb to 1lb of roast beef
1/2lb to 1lb of American cheese
Spicy brown mustard
1 box of Raisin Bran cereal
Friday-
8:30pm Kent Falls, Route 7, Kent, CT

Subject was a little preoccupied by his own activities, but noticed this couple because together they were the only two people around. They strolled along holding hands over the covered bridge, along the path, and to the bottom of the falls. They watched the water cascade upon many levels and then proceeded up the path towards the top. About two hours later they came back down still holding hands and walked to their car.
Saturday-
7:31am Hurlburt Community Park, Apple Lane, Roxbury, CT
Caucasian Female Ages 30 to 40
Red joggers outfit, New Balance 713 shoes

Weight 120 to 130lbs
Subject arrives at the park driving a Dodge Caravan with a baby seat in the back. Parks directly next to the researcher, she sits in her car listening to what appears to be Billy Joel for atleast 20 minutes. Subject exits her vehicle walks over to sign in for the race, and begins a 2-lap warm-up. After her warm-up she sits in her car and stretches out. Subject makes no verbal or physical contact with anyone as the racers begin to line up subject takes a place towards the back of the pack. As the race is about to go off Researcher takes one more look back at her, she is darting glances around about her as the gun goes off. After the race the researcher waits to see where she comes in and she is third place in the women’s division and 27th overall.
