12.20.01 - Well I made a Christmas card in Photoshop and sent the jpeg file to my friends. I would send a real card, but they cost a good dollar per, plus that pesky 34 cent tax the feds place on sending the damn thing. 12.18.01 - Unemployment is boring. All the time in the world with nothing to do, since everything costs money. Guess I could start packing, since I'll be moving again in early January. This will be my 5th residence in a 12 month period.

12.4.01 - I got my Christmas bonus early. Here's a chart showing the decline of my Christmas bonuses over the past four years.

My last day at 3Com will be December 11th. This makes me an official "fucking loser." I'm looking forward to my new career path, which will entail unemployment checks, selling off possessions, boredom, depression, and moving somewhere cheaper.

9.12.01 - I was awaken at 3:45 this morning to the sound of military cadence and fighter jets. My intial thought was that something had gone terribly wrong on the west coast and we had enterend a police state. Turns out the song and chant came from a couple of off duty soldiers coming in drunk and excited to go to "work." The sound of fighter jets, however, came from fighter jets.

8.20.01 - Spent last weekend at the Kill the Internet music festival in Lake Forest, CA. Quite a blast: saw some good bands play and ran into friends from all over the continent. Very cool. In local news, I got some new images up in the gallery. Also, the music section is up, but it's far from done. Go look, download an mp3, relax, etc...

7.25.01 - One of the reasons I don't watch much television is because reality is so much more colorful and interesting. I mean, who needs the X Files or the Sci-Fi Channel? There are plenty of good distractions not featured on television. Like oddball cats that spent too much time on acid in their early days and now live as asexual Disney characters bent on Christianity. Don't believe me? Then click here.

7.22.01 - Floppyrods video shoot was yesterday at the one-nine in San Jo. Probably one of the best days I've had in months. Import model Nethly was there; after speaking with her, I realized that not only is she really good looking, but also friendly, intelligent, and has a great personality. This obviously means that she is more than a babe; rather, she's a Superbabe. So check out her site and support her. The afterparty, featuring Slightly Stoopid, Fill in the Blank, and the FloppyRods whooped a llama's ass. Way too much good music going on there and the crowd was simply amazing. Really good day!

7.9.01 - After two months of bouncing around from house to apartment to car, etc... I finally have a home - and internet access - again. This definitely warrants a beer or twelve. Anyways, more updates are coming.
