News 3/30 - 3/31

Whoa! Remember that huge shockwave of changes I was talking about? It's still in progress. But I see we are making far better strides than the folks over at The Minion Empire, though it's nice to see that she updates sometimes. Whew, looks like I called the fall of that site. Anyways, on Friday I got further in Metroid, I fought the final dude called Metroid Prime, he killed me in two minutes. And what sucks is it takes a half an hour to get from the last save point the final battle, so if you die, you've just wasted a half an hour of your pitiful, meaningless life. You see, after burrowing through and endless trail of Fission Metroids, you finally get to a large, scorpion-like monster, the Metroid Prime, and you spend about 15 minutes getting your ass kicked, but finally, once you beat her, you go down a tunnel to her hideout, and there is the REAL metroid prime (does this sound familiar to any Chrono Trigger fans?), a big, octopus-like shit who only has one weakness which is only available at one small point in time. Well, I got slapped around, and I came into battle with only a quarter of my full life, because you can't heal yourself after the first fight. I'll try again some other day. What I've had an immense amount of trouble with, however, is Mega Man Zero. In Metroid, only the final boss is REALLY hard. But in Zero, EVERYTHING in the entire game is impossible. I hope those fucks at capcom are proud of what they've done. They've made a game with no replay value, because I can't get past the fucking third level. DAMMIT!

Oh my god, I was just typing for 20 fucking minutes, and when I tried to preview what I had written, it fucked up and now I have to type it all over again. I don't even remember what the first 10 minutes of it were, but I will try to duplicate it in some manner. Dammit, I can't remember anything. Okay, ummmmmm, I dunno. uhhh, nothing new on metroid. Wait, that wasn't there before! Think kal, think! Oh yeah, I remember a little! Okay, apparantly, matt is too good to update the site, but he has enough nerve to type an inside joke on the forum on the main page... Is that a rodent? Okay, I'm doing good so far... No more messages to myself now, I can do it, it's okay kal, it's okay, it's okay... Whew... As for the updates, they are, as always, in progress. They are currently in the process of wondering if I should make any updates. My brain says no, but my heart says no. Hmmm, what next? And Pills Volume One is on its way, expect if before summer (maybe). I wish I had a laptop or something, because I'm going to Florida with Matt for 10 days, and we might get some thinking done. His last visit resulted in about 5 long instrumentals, and 1 skit (which incidentally, sucks), which still needs some work. I will be writing ideas, songs, skits, and whatever else we will throw in this gumbo called The Pills. We don't have an official title yet, or even a working title. I guess we just haven't thought about it at all. Oh, what was the next thing I talked about? I remember a swear, but I can't remember why... uhhh, i don't know. I really don't know. Right now I'm thinking about that old Dinosaurs show on fox, that was cool. The end. What? No. Who? Oh him? Yeah, he sucks. HENTAI SHIBBLEDOOP. NO, what was I going to say? screw it.
