is the biggest single activity in the world. Food shall continue to be the
first in the preference list of mankind for its existence. Food for existence is one side,
taste and nutrition the other. Each one has his/her own preference of taste. There is no
single standard for taste.
dummycooking.com is a suggestive website primarily meant for those who
are new to cooking, stay away from their families and want to try a hand to cook at least
some occasional food for themselves, new home makers and for those who wanted to cook
those delicacies they liked to have but don't know how to go about it. It is also for
trying out new foods, exchange recipes and bring out those time tested recipes of each
region, demographic groups, to re-surface those recipe cuttings lying in their kitchen
drawers, draw upon good old grandma medical chests and domestic tips. We encourage people
to try out new foods with modern ingredients and gadgets, which were not handy to the
previous generation.
Kitchen is the largest research and development lab
in the world spread over everywhere. Every household has one. Every day novel
ideas are devised, new techniques developed, and the results immediately shared.
This website is meant to be a rendezvous for you to share your culinary inclinations with
others. The recipes published here are assortments of tried , tested and passed on to us
by our friends , cuttings collected from current or old publishing's, manuscripts handed
down from mother to daughter, and those selected from our testing and tasting sessions. We
are re-pooling all these to the interest of our visitors.
It is a free service and all are free to down load these for their own actual use. We are
getting loads of assorted and variegated recipes from people around the world and quite
naturally a few may be a replica or variations of an already known work or proprietary
material. It is humanly impossible to zero in on these recipes for its authenticity.

electric oven or a similar cooking gas oven. Time taken for fermentation is directly
proportional to the room temperature at the moment. In warmer places fermentation is
faster. Manufactures, ingredient suppliers, service providers' specifications and
conditions shall always override the recipe suggestions or specifications.
