ProDesktop
ProDesktop is a solids modelling Computer Aided Design software package.
It enables the user of the software to imagnine and design objects
and assemble them with other objects. The user has control of each
individual part through sizing, and features. If it can be manufactured,
it can be designed with this software.
In this project, you will do the following:
do five of the tutorials on the west sussex school link page.
Follow the tutorial
Make the object or assembly
Customize your version of the object or assembly
Export jpegs of the object or assembly, save them in your "YourNameCAD/graphics"
directory
Save your ProDesktop files in your "YourNameCAD/drawings" directory
Make a printout of each object or assembly. It will need to have your
name and period clearly labelled on it.
Create a documentation page on each tutorial you do in your "YourNameCAD/html"
directory.
The documentation must include:
A link to the ProDesktop file you created
Images of the object or assembly that you created
Text that describes what you learned from doing the object or assembly
Upload the documentation on the Teched Server.
Print the above documentation and images and put them in a folder or ring
binder.
